We had a wonderful two-night stay over our wedding weekend, and Hazel was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to all our queries and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. There were so many thoughtful little “Mr & Mrs” touches that made the stay feel really special — from the roses to the delicious fudge, everything added a lovely personal touch. We also really appreciated the breakfast bits provided, like milk, croissants, jams, and tea — such a thoughtful gesture. The kitchen was well equipped, and the home is located on a beautiful street surrounded by charming houses in a perfect location. Another big bonus was the great parking, which is hard to come by in Edinburgh. Thank you, Hazel, for helping make our weekend so memorable!

Second visit for us and hopefully won’t be the last. Beautiful surroundings, clean, modern accommodation with thoughtful touches. Explored more of the walks around the cottage this time and the area is stunning. Highly recommended.

Very good place to explore west coast of Scotland. You have here all you need. Additionally - great view from the window on Loch Long. For us it was another segment of our hike around Great Britain Coast Line. We booked the flat for 1 week but as the weather cleared we asked Simon for another week extension and there was no any problem. Sorted right away.

Lovely apartment within a minutes walk into Leith Walk , which has fabulous local amenities as well as the tram and bus network to get you around the city . The apartment was so well equipped and much more than I expected . Very very clean , with hotel standard bedding and plentiful towels . Lovely little touches including coffee, a supply of herbs and spices in the kitchen if you were cooking , chilled water in the fridge , cleaning products , and my favourite Scottish Fine soap products in the bathroom! The apartment has a dishwasher, coffee machine , hairdryer , washing machine , tv . Everything has been well thought out to ensure you have a very comfortable stay, home from home . The apartment was quiet , warm and the how too guide was very helpful in navigating the heating etc. Pier was a very responsive and helpful host . All in all, brilliant , thank you

Great location just outside of grasmere - always a plus if you can set off on your walk from the doorstep

It's exactly as the photos show. It's a room with double bed and sofa bed, it has a small separate kitchen and great sized shower room. The surrounding area is beautiful. For People with dogs, there's 2 areas at front with grass but it's not secure or fenced in. Lovely wee place!

Fantastic. Some needs came up and she immediately helped. Great comms. Option for different softness in beds, pillows and comforters. Also tons of things u need like salt and pepper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bandaids, shaving cream etc. Everything as described w fantastic location near everything.

Cracking stay..place was as described and great for off road parking and also EV charging…walk down the hill to middle of town took 5 mins (a wee bit longer in way back up)

We had an amazing stay at Caroline’s place! She was absolutely brilliant — the house was spotlessly clean, and her communication was prompt and thoughtful from start to finish. She checked in with us before we arrived, gave us a clear and helpful explanation of the property, and even followed up to make sure everything was going well. The EV charger worked perfectly, which was a big plus. Caroline was very polite and welcoming, and the location is spectacular if you’re looking to get away from the city. Overall, a five-star Airbnb experience — highly recommend!

We enjoyed our visit. The accommodation has been very well renovated to a high standard. Although we didn’t do them, there appeared to be a lot of nice walks on your doorstep. There were lots of walkers and cyclists around. Keswick is a lovely place to visit and it’s only a 10 mins walk from here.

Wir hatten als Familie (eine Tochter, 4 Jahre) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Pinemarten Chalet. Die Unterkunft ließ von Ausstattung und Lage nichts zu wünschen übrig und war idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen in den südlichen Highlands. Mit dem Mietwagen sind viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleinere Shops aller Art beim Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, größerer Supermarkt in Killin), Startpunkte für Wanderungen und andere Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Der kleine Laden im Portnellan Holiday-Park (mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Größen) bietet zudem auf kurzem Fußweg das Nötigste auch auf kurzem Fußweg und Ausleih-Möglichkeiten für Bücher, Spiele und Filme. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, der Blick auf den Ben More von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei (fast) jedem Wetter einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Lucy und Cameron klappte hervorragend, sogar Eier von Enten und Hühnern konnten direkt bestellt werden ;). We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse in the Lake District. The place was immaculately tidy, with a very well-catered kitchen that had everything we needed—perfect for cooking up a proper Easter Sunday roast, which we were lucky enough to enjoy outside in the garden thanks to some glorious spring sunshine. The wood burner made the evenings extra cosy, and the peaceful, beautiful surroundings made for a truly relaxing break. Diana was excellent—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. highly recommended!

Wow! What a beautiful place, the photos don’t do this justice - the property has everything you need and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Although located off a track, you really are not far from the coast and beautiful walks from the property. Rothesay is only a few mins drive away, you don’t feel isolated. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Kate’s place was the perfect countryside escape. My boyfriend and I stayed here while attending a friend’s wedding nearby, and it couldn’t have been more ideal. The property was immaculate, spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful surroundings were beautiful, offering a real sense of calm while still being super convenient. It was just 30 to 40 minutes by bus into Edinburgh city centre and only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Kate was an outstanding host, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She made check-in smooth and was so accommodating with our arrival time. You can really tell she cares about her guests and goes out of her way to make the stay special. We felt right at home and completely at ease throughout. We’d definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The Mill is absolutely stunning - the photos don’t do it justice at all. It is beautifully put together with a well equipped kitchen, smart decor and so many interesting bits and pieces to give interest. There was such care and consideration given to making sure all needs were catered for from the toys and books to the extensive CD and DVD collection. The grounds are breathtaking and it would be easy to go nowhere else. We were very well looked after and enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and a campfire. This is the perfect place for a family to find peace and reset. Walking up to the birds and the sounds of the waterfall was like a detox. We petted donkeys, saw bee hives, looked for fish and paddled in the water. Our children are already planning a further stay. Exceptional value for money and just beautiful. Thank you Lorraine and the wonderful Arjun for looking after us so well.

Gina and Andy were absolutely fabulous hosts, and this is truly a wonderful spot! They were responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. When some of our family members were ill upon arrival, they were especially accommodating—helping us settle in and checking in the next morning to see how we were doing. The location is ideal for families—close to parks and playgrounds, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The garden is a lovely bonus and a great space for children to play. We would highly recommend this place, especially for families. Thank you, Gina and Andy!

If you are a mountain biker looking for accommodation, Graham’s place is the best choice there is. Located right in the centre of Innerleithen, you can ride straight out the front door and enjoy the trails. The workshop comes with tools, cleaning equipment and locks that makes life so easy after a long day’s riding. The living spaces are clean, tidy and really comfortable. It really can’t be beaten.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect (& even exceeded the description, which in itself was delightful). Absolutely spotless accommodation, well equipped with outstanding views of the surroundings Cumbrian Fells. Ideally located for access to Keswick Town Centre and environs. Our hosts (Ashley and Steve) were extremely attentive and friendly; and we are excited at the prospect of staying again at their lovely accommodation. Plenty of parking available & clear instructions on directions to the property. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

El alojamiento de Dorothy nos pareció excelente. Ubicación a 10 minutos a pie del Royal Mile. Sitio tranquilo y agradable. Limpieza, menaje y todo los servicios necesario excelente. La ducha perfecta y con todo lo necesario. La comunicación genial con Dorothy, sin problema para dejar el equipaje el día de vuelo de vuelta, en todo momento estuvo atenta a cualquier demanda. Sin duda lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en esta bonita ciudad. Muchas gracias por todo Dorothy.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. À 10 minutes de l'aéroport en Uber. Plusieurs lignes de bus au pied de l'appartement pour se rendre en centre ville. Quartier calme. Communication facile et amicale avec Andrew. Par contre, équipe de ménage pas aimable, soyez prêts à 10h pile pour le check-out !

Catherine and Simon were excellent hosts. On hand when needed but allowed our privacy. The flat was spotless and was super well equipped, in fact Catherine provided so many extras for the price we paid. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and perfect location. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Rachel was great host. We enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh and it was nice staying near the sea a bit quieter than central Edinburgh but still only 5 minutes away in the car
