Donna was an excellent host. She contacted us before the snow storm to give us a heads up on the weather forecast and helpful information on how to find the place in case maps took us somewhere else. Her hospitality and communication was second to none. Highly recommended!!!

The perfect downtown location! We have been visiting Durango for years and this is hands down one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Great downtown location, easy designated parking, for being downtown it was still quiet and felt private. The space was well decorated, had everything we needed and more, comfy bed and linens! And the place was so clean! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay at Brooke’s. Beautiful home and surroundings. Esthetically pleasing however it came at a minor inconvenience not having a microwave.

I stayed here for 1 month and it was the perfect place for my stay! Jess and Mike were always so responsive and helpful whenever I had questions about the place. The apartment itself was decorated beautifully and was clean. As a medical professional, this was the best location for my stay as I was rotating in the area. It is accessible to many locations in Farmington and the surrounding area. I appreciated that there were things that made the stay feel just like home, from tupperware for packing lunches to work to the coffee bar set up. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in the area!

What we liked most about our stay here was there were so many places in walking distance. This location is quiet and peaceful. Grocery store and Walgreens are all in walking distance as well.

Our stay was amazing. It was a peaceful and beautiful getaway. The apartment was spotless! The hosts were amazing! The cinnamon coffee cake was delicious! Would 100% recommend and we will be back!

Very nice home, location to downtown, beds comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, nice layout. Monica is a great hostess, very quick to respond to questions. Local information was very helpful, and her book collection is great. Highly recommend.

We stayed a couple of nights at Holly’s place in early December and had a great visit to Durango. We were a short distance from the historic downtown area which was very lively with Christmas decorations and lots of shoppers. The neighborhood was very walkable with sidewalks everywhere. We took our dog out for a walk in the morning and late afternoon. The very large back yard was a bonus as well. We loved the gas-burning stove and tended to linger in the morning to drink coffee and read books. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Great spot with a simple layout and cozy feel. Walkabe in a pinch. Well stocked with conveinces/nessesities.

We had a very nice stay at Brandon’s property. He had provided complimentary snacks for us. Our stay was over the holidays, and it was a nice touch that there were Christmas decorations. I can highly recommend Brandon’s place!

Connie's Airbnb met our needs great! Everything is very well done...has everything you need for your stay. Kitchen is well appointed. Instructions for access and check out are very clear. Love the simplicity of checking out.

Leslie is an excellent hostess and her place is exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Durango with three adults, two young kids, and two dogs. Her instructions were clear. She was responsive and friendly. The visit was very easy. The house was perfect for young kids and had strong internet service. It had a great view of sunsets and gave easy access to many activities in and around Durango.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay here in December. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. It’s very private and just a short walk from downtown Durango and nearby trails. Very responsive host and overall and great experience.

Our stay was Great. My expectations of any places we rent is for them to be Clean, functional, and cozy. This place met all our expectations.

Fantastic stay. Jeremi was super responsive and proactive in making sure everything was perfect, even before my arrival. Jeremi quickly responded to a minor issue in the unit and it was resolved timely. The unit had everything we needed without being cluttered. It’s right across the street from the Fort Lewis College campus, which made visiting my daughter easy. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider ear plugs, as it is an apartment complex with other people and units and activity. I slept great with mine in! I will absolutely stay here again on future visits to Durango.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo in the center of the city, walkable to everything. The view was beautiful and I loved enjoying my coffee on the patio watching the trains go by every morning. The condo was very spacious, modern, immaculate and well equipped. We loved it and would stay again!!
