Rossy is an wonderful and super friendly host! Well deserving of a super host rating! Rossy picked us up at the airport and transported us to the apartment. Rossy was always available for questions and provided many helpful suggestions of places to see, eat, visit and offered to take us to Cajas National Park. We stayed a month at her apartment and greatly enjoyed our time. The apartment is just as it is listed on AirBnB. The apartment is in an safe location about a 10 minute walk to Centro, about 15 minute walk to the River Tomebamba walking trail and a 7 minute walk to the Coral Hipermercados grocery store. The apartment is well stocked with cooking pans, washer, dryer and super comfortable and we felt very safe! We greatly enjoyed our month stay at Rossy's apartment and highly recommend others to stay here! Thank you Rossy for a great experience and all of your helpful suggestions!

Lovely apartment on the river in Cuenca, clean and modern. Access to unit is on Bajado Todos Santos, which is perfect for access to town center. There was a glitch relative to Netflix in the apartment. Host remedied the situation when Airbnb listing was pointed out.

Simplemente ESPECTACULAR , me encanto este lugar, el apartamento es una belleza, super amplio , limpio, ordenado, en una zona muy linda, moderno, con una linda vista, en un edificio muy seguro. Me sentí como en casa, hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca, y aunque no está en el centro histórico se puede ir caminando sin problema. La señora Nelly es super amable, estuvo pendiente de mi y lo que necesitara. Recomiendo altamente este lugar para los que quieran estar en un excelente lugar cuando visiten Cuenca, que además es una ciudad Hermosa.

Edwin has set the gold standard for AirBNB's description and hospitality so much so that I had expected the same amenities and response with another rental and found out all Airbnb's aren't created equal. Edwin's apartment provided everything needed except for food for someone to spend 1 day or an entire year. Conveniently located and on a gated cul-de-sac and has a private entrance. Edwin provided explicit instructions from the airport to the gate and how to enter. Edwin met us at the gate and let us into the apartment even though we arrived at 7 a.m. He took the time to sit down with us and explain the house rules (this was our 1st time at an Airbnb, so we appreciated him taking the time). He also provided a binder with the same info and included a list of his local favorite places to eat. The apartment came with extra towels and sheets, Ecuadorian coffee and tea. Everything was within walking distance, and taxis are available on the corner, if needed. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is impressive as soon as you walk through the door. It is bright, open,spacious and very modern. The view of the river is most special. The kitchen is very well equipped with many extras. We enjoyed our stay for 2 months in comfort and felt quite at home. We enjoyed the security and friendly staff. The location is perfect for walking or the tram. All your shopping needs are close. All in all an incredible Stay!!!

This is a wonderful long term stay apartment in a very quiet, safe and secure neighborhood. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a SuperMaxi just a few blocks away. It is conveniently located near two major cross streets and getting around Cuenca is easy from here. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay with very comfortable linens and beds. There is ample hot water and a well stocked kitchen. The terrace is a great place to have morning coffee or visit with friends. The washer and dryer set up is a real plus. Most importantly, Luis and Ana are great people who do whatever they need to make your stay enjoyable. The neighbors were all kind and pleasant. We would recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, all in a safe and convenient area. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When I had a small issue with the shower, she addressed it immediately. I also decided to extend my stay, and she was very accommodating, making the process seamless. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I truly got to see Ecuador from a different perspective, which made the trip even more special. The only downside was the rain, which led to a few leaks, but it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the place. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Buen sitio con lo necesario

Salvador was a very responsive, helpful host. His place was even better than in the pictures. It was very clean and had a great view. The large windows created a very open space. A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We could walk everywhere and taxis were abundant.

Increíble experiencia. La host siempre estuvo presente para resolver cualquier inquietud, problema o solicitud que teníamos. El departamento muy acogedor y bonito. En una zona cerca del centro ideal para pasear por las bonitas calles de Cuenca.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.

Nuestra estadía en el departamento de Juan fue simplemente excepcional. El lugar no solo es tal como se muestra en las fotos, sino que en realidad es mucho mejor: muy amplio, cómodo y perfecto para grupos grandes. Viajamos en familia, éramos 10 personas, y todos estuvimos más que cómodos, incluso sobró espacio. Cada detalle estuvo cuidadosamente pensado. La ropa de cama, las toallas y los insumos como el papel higiénico eran de excelente calidad, lo cual realmente marca la diferencia. La cocina contaba con todos los suministros básicos y electrodomésticos necesarios para cocinar con comodidad, lo que fue muy útil durante nuestra estancia. Además, el departamento tenía varios televisores, lo que permitió que todos pudieran disfrutar de sus momentos de descanso sin inconvenientes. Juan, el anfitrión, fue sumamente atento, nos compartió recomendaciones locales que hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Altamente recomendable!

Un lugar muy bonito, definitivamente regresaría con mi familia

I had an amazing stay at Mauricio’s place in Cuenca. It’s in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center so it’s close enough to everything but still nice and quiet. Mauricio was an incredible host. He was super attentive and always quick to help out if I needed anything. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the hot tub was a huge highlight. The views from there were stunning. It was a great way to relax. I work online, and during the country wide power cuts Mauricio made sure I had a UPS generator so I didn’t miss or drop any video calls with my clients. Honestly, everything about this place was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t wait to come back.
