今まで利用させて頂いた滞在先でも随一の素晴らしいステイでした。 チェックイン時間は事前に連絡するように記載があったので、当日のお昼過ぎに連絡しました。時間に伺うと雪かきをしながら出迎えてくださり、荷物の運び入れも手伝ってくださいました。 室内設備はとても清潔でした。食器や調理家電類は十分揃っていて、料理をするにも不便はありませんでした。（備え付けの調味料はありませんでした。） お手洗いや洗面所も3ヶ所あって、10人での宿泊でも困る事はありませんでした。洗濯機は使いませんでしたが、とても大きな洗濯機がありました。 真冬の草津温泉でしたが、空調設備や床暖房があり、室内で寒さを感じる事は一切ありません。 入浴は記載の通りの入浴時間が決められていましたが、セキュリティの観点からしかたないかなと思います。シャワーは3ヶ所、浴槽は大人3人が足を伸ばせるほどの広さがあります。清潔の行き届いた温泉で素晴らしかったです。ヒーターもあり、湯冷めする事もありませんでした。 立地としては、コンビニが徒歩5分程度、スーパーが車で5分程、湯畑は歩いて10数分でした。坂道が多く、道路も除雪されていないので冬季に訪れる場合慣れていない方は注意が必要ですが、立地としては申し分ないと思います。 チェックアウト後に温泉街を観光するため荷物を預かって頂き、存分に草津温泉を楽しむ事ができました。 草津で利用を考えている方には是非おすすめできるステイ先です。

We enjoyed very much our stay at Angel's place. Angel was there to greet us and was very responsive during our stay, going out of his way to make our stay even more comfortable. The house is well located in a quiet area near the ski resorts Hakuba 47 and Goryu and a short ride to town. Everything was clean, modern and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped: we could make a few meals at home and some laundry. We had a great stay at Angel's place.

Amazing stay! It was not just a house but the service that came with it! We truly appreciate the daily supermarket runs, daily chauffeur to dinner reservations, and not to mention the huge thank you to Darren and his team for making the reservations for us. Jake and James are gems! They helped us in every possible way they could. The villa itself was very comfortable for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). It was a wholesome experience. And we definitely couldn't wait go come back. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Vega Chalet. David was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our trip. The house is in a great location with Echoland Main Street just 3-5 minutes walk up the road. Well placed between Goryu/Habkuba 47 and Happo One for skiing. The chalet itself is incredibly comfortable and spacious. We especially appreciated the pellet stove on cold nights! Definitely won’t hesitate to stay here again on future trips. Highly recommended!

Excellent location in the heart of Echoland. We didn’t realise how central our Airbnb was to the main road of all the restaurants. Sin Ying was very helpful with anything I asked, even before we arrived. She organised us a transfer from Hakuba station and we were able to check in an hour earlier and check out 1.5 hours later which made it so much easier because we were travelling with 3 small children. We had a driver that worked for her company and we could just message him when we needed transport to and from the mountain, onsen and station. It was so easy and we paid an extra few dollars to have a private car than wait in the lines for the shuttle bus. We didn’t want to leave and we hope to return again with a group of friends.

We had a fantastic stay at the cabin in Hakuba! The location was excellent—close to Echo Village with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. The cabin itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Paul and Kana were incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything from check-in to any questions during our stay seamless. Having the car included was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area and get to the slopes. The cabin is a great size for a group of four, though it might feel a bit tight for six. While the two main bedrooms were very comfortable, the bedroom in the basement didn’t seem quite at the same comfort level. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, well-maintained place to stay in Hakuba!

This spacious and charming house is conveniently located within a 15-minute drive from the Shigakogen ski resort. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, and there’s a comfy dining area where you can enjoy a shabu-shabu dinner with ease. Fresh ingredients can be sourced from a nearby supermarket, which is just a 15-minute drive away.

Rumi and Roberto are absolutely amazing. They were responsive to my every need, proactive about assisting me with transportation, excellent recommendations, and even providing local snacks. They made me feel like family. Their Earthworks studio exhibits excellent and unique crafts and is a must-visit. Their hand-built cabin displays lovely craftsmanship and makes you feel instantly at home. Rumi speaks excellent English. The sacred and beautiful region of Bessho Onsen MUST be visited and I can’t imagine a better guest house to experience it. Reserve this place as soon as you can.
