Thao’s place is located right in the center of the old town. Everything is walkable. Host is very responsive and makes sure you are right at home. You can get all the necessities here and laundry is a big plus.

This place is great! Access is easy with the 24/7 security guard and Cuctay is very responsive. The room is large and clean, with some really cool views.

Very nice host with clear communications. The place was clean with no surprises. Very thoughtful with everything - towels, toothbrushes, water, wifi, etc. I've been to many places and each place is different but it's the communication with the host that is important after you've had a long flight and just want to get in and relax. I would stay again in the future. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is impeccably clean and beautifully bright, offering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout. Both bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a restful experience. The views from each bedroom and the balcony are absolutely breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of excellent restaurants and charming coffee shops just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the local culture and cuisine. The host was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful, making sure that all of my needs were met during my stay. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. This apartment offers great value and an unforgettable experience.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Very comfortable and quiet, a good hot shower, a comfy couch to sit on, a little balcony overlooking the street, a big screen TV with Netflix and YouTube. I felt right at home.

房子位于一个生活气息浓厚的居民区，旁边一栋楼养了很多鸟，可以听鸟叫声找到民宿。周围有菜市场，有好吃的鸡肉PHO。大概距离老城区四公里，出门打个Grab很方便（一定要打摩托，到老城区要过红河，不允许步行）。入住退房都很便捷，有问题房东会尽量帮助解决。床垫更舒服，建议再准备一副耳塞，晚上会有噪音。

Absolutely great stay for a solo or duo traveller! I came alone, everything was explained perfectly. Lots of nice food around too! The view is nice, there may have been a rooftop area but i didn't look for it as it felt like i was snooping. Clean room, bedlinen and pillows smelled like fresh home detergent. Bathroom had a ventilator so no steam rushing out into the room. Host was friendly, articulate and proactive! Will stay here again when i come back to Hanoi for the winter!

The place is located very center, though it might come with street noise, the building is new and this appartment is equiped with good window that can block distinguishly noise from outside. The place is like in the photos and come with all we need for our stay. The co-host Austin is very helpful and attentive. we enjoyed so much our stay at S.Sens Home and will pick it again for our next time in Hanoi.

Austin was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly. He made sure that we are well oriented to the house and the surrounding. The airbnb itself was a cosy place, well located, good security and very clean. Definitely recommend!
