Beste Lage. Host war gegen einen Aufpreis auch sehr flexibel mit den Check in und out Zeiten. Danke dafür. Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Vereinzelt lange schwarze Frauenhaare auf dem Boden. Schlafmaske sowie Ohrstöpsel sind für empfindliche Leute in der Stadt aufgrund des Lärmes ein Muss. Beachte auch, dass es lediglich ein klassisches Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Wohnzimmer (Coachbett) muss zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden. Das ist auf den Bildern nicht sofort ersichtlich und kann Irre führen. Alles in allem gute Unterkunft - Danke!

Great spot over a gift shop/coffee shop facing the lake. Staff downstairs are very kind and responsive and the apartment itself is isolated from any noise from the shop. Ba Dinh is a cute little neighborhood a bit set off from the otherwise frenetic pace of Hanoi life. Great spots for local food and drink within walking distance. Quick access to Grab/taxis. Cuc's place is clean and has all the necessities. Wi-fi is reliable and fast enough for audio/video conferencing. Bathroom is very nice and the bed is firm but comfy. AC unit in the bedroom as well as in the main room. TV offers access to Netflix & YouTube. Hot water pot is much appreciated, and basic cookware is included along with tableware service for two. Highly recommended if you'd like something a bit more peaceful!

Eu gostei muito do apartamento com uma localização muito tranquila e de frente para o west lake. Da pra perceber que o apartamento é novo e muito bem cuidado pela dona, que por sinal foi muito bem rápida nas mensagens ao nos ajudar a encontrar o apartamento. O local era exatamente como nas fotos e fica relativamente próximo do bairro antigo. Apenas tivemos problemas com a Wi-Fi, mas não foi tanto assim. Enfim, recomendo muito o apartamento.

The place is spacious and clean. Several sites are near the place: train street, temple of literature, and fine arts museum. Unlike other places, viu’s place is quiet so really had a restful stay after doing tours and activities. The place has an elevator so very convenient carrying your lugggages to the unit. Overall, we will book viu’s place for our next visit in Hanoi. 5 stars

Excellent Location and Amenities This stay is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, with several important Hanoi landmarks within walking distance. One of the highlights of the accommodation is the availability of a washing machine and a dryer, which is a significant advantage for longer stays. The host is extremely responsive and goes out of her way to assist guests whenever possible. The neighborhood is also home to some fantastic restaurants, including Huang Viet and Napoli Pizza, making dining out a pleasure. Overall, this place offers a great combination of convenience, amenities, and local charm, making it an ideal choice for visitors to Hanoi.

I had a great stay at Thao’s place. I wanted to stay longer but it was already booked for the entire duration of my stay. However, Thao went above and beyond to help me find a place to stay for my remaining time in Hanoi. The unit is in a great, walkable location and although it’s in the city once you get in the building it’s quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe here. This apartment has Everything you need for a comfortable stay and I highly recommend it. I would absolutely stay there again!

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

Mai's place is close everything we wanted to see, in such a walkable area. Not being accustomed to how Hanoi old town has so much built back from the main road, we were a little caught off guard about it being off the lane, but as we learned more about our surroundings we quickly found out how common this in in Hanoi. Being built back from the main road ensured we had a peaceful quiet area to return home to every day. The house itself was spotless, and they sent us great tips about where to eat. They even arranged for a van to take us back to the airport at our request. As mentioned in other reviews, there are lots of stairs. Each bedroom is on a separate floor, and I think I counted 74 stairs to the top bedroom. I'm in my 60's, had enough luggage for a six week trip, and had no trouble with the top floor. Though I did grumble a few times when I realized I forgot something when we were on our way out. The value for money is great, and the beds were the best in our whole trip.

Staying here for a few nights on a short trip in Hanoi really enhanced my whole experience and got the most out of a short time in this City. Checkin and checkout was simple and brief. The Apartment is well designed and very homey with everything of a home, even with in-unit laundry. Very private with the entire two floors for our stay. Interior and beddings are clean and comfortable just like in the pictures and descriptions. Location, Location, Location. It is literally in the centre of Hanoi, the old district. Steps away to all the street foods and restaurants making trend now on Tiktok, youtube food reviews. 10 mins walk diameters to everything you need to see in Hanoi. This allows us to see more of Hanoi in a short amount of time here. The apartment is not on main street, away from the noise pollution, a huge plus for relaxing. All in all, great value, best location. I would say cheaper than hotel and got a lot more. We will stay here again next visit to Hanoi

Minh Minh and Huy made us feel at home and like family from the moment we arrived. They both went out of their way to continually help us and guide us to amazing places to eat which weren’t tourist traps. They helped us when we needed our phone repaired and finding items we were needing to purchase. The location of this sweet home stay is ideal. It’s just a short walk to train street, old quarter and French quarter. Great cafes and restaurants are abundant and only a stones throw away. We found the area extremely safe to venture around day and night. This apartment was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. We will definitely stay with them on any future stays in Hanoi and connect our families and friend with these lovely hosts.

Definitely a five-star experience. First of all this location is a gem, you can find all the best local food around within walking distance, while preserve the best privacy and quietness. Host is super responsive and informative. Would choose to stay here again! Don't forget to try the "bun bo nam bo" and "pho ga 26" next door, super delicious!

The hosts are some of the nicest guys! They arranged last minute airport pick up for us and greeted us when we arrived. They showed us where everything was and how to work things. They made sure we were comfortable. I would stay here again!

Austin was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly. He made sure that we are well oriented to the house and the surrounding. The airbnb itself was a cosy place, well located, good security and very clean. Definitely recommend!
