I stayed just over 6 months and it was great! Very responsive host who knew how to respond to problems in a very short time! Cleaning is done every week with smiling, attentive staff. I recommend this Airbnb for people wanting to stay in an authentic neighborhood or for studies.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

The location was great and convenient to many stores and restaurants. Access to many amenities. The local residents were friendly. Easy access to the main roads. The place was simple and exactly what I needed.

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

A perfect stay! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with every request, in a very responsive way. They also offered us second accommodation when there was a storm and a power cut was expected in the area. All the staff were great!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Harry’s. The place looks exactly as shown in pictures. It feels like home and it has all the amenities we require. It is also very spacious for the 2 of us, with ample of sitting and relaxing space. The location is also terrific with many eateries and attractions located within walking distance. I definitely recommend Harry’s residences.

The listing was perfect, we really liked the interiors and wish we could've stayed longer here. All the amenities were working. They even kept our luggage for free because our flight was during evening and we had to checkout at 12pm. The entrance to the place is a through a narrow lane but the instructions for check in were so clear that we didn't face a single problem and yes the beautiful house compensated easily for this. I highly recommend Veque homestay to everyone.

Harry place was great .able to walk everywhere .However it was quiet and peaceful on our street .1 minute walk from place all street food and even found a new restaurant just opened called spices villa on our street 5 minute walk .service was fantastic food good reasonable price for fine dining . Liam was so helpful whatever I needed she was able to help immediately .Best host I have had .they even offered housekeeping everyday at no xtra charge . Washer and dryer with soap available at all times. I will definitely return and I highly recommend .

Very clean and comfortable apartment, in particular the bed! Nice view from the balcony. The street is quite quiet. The staff is very nice. It is well located in a non touristic neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was everything that we needed. Beautiful location on the lake that gave us plenty of options to explore Hanoi. Walkable to the old city from the unit at about 30 minutes. Good restaurants close by. Our bags were taken care for us on our leaving day as we had a late bus out. Nice cafe down stairs with awesome cheese cake not to mention the cute little souvenir shop with a nice selection of some different items.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider gab es kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche, die auch mitten im Bad liegt (ohne Duschvorhang) mit Grab konnte man sehr sehr billig schnell überall hingelangen

You may wonder why this room is so cheap compared to the others. Well, the neighborhood is a bit noisy, and to get to it, you have to pass through the market area, which has a strong smell. Other than that, the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. So, the quality/price ratio is excellent.

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. Look no further you wont be disappointed

I had nothing short of an incredible stay at Christine's place. The room was large, comfortable, and spotless. The location is amazing, easily walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops, including an amazing vegetarian buffet across the street. Christine was very communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. I also took advantage of the discount at the attached spa, which was very worth it. Overall this is an excellent value stay and I would definitely return next time I'm in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay at Ficus Suite Apartments in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable - everything is within walking distance. We could easily explore the main tourist sites, wander around the old town, and discover delicious local food. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - a perfect home base after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. Overall, Ficus Suite Apartments offered great value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hanoi.
