I had a great time. The place is very clean, easy to walk around to find food, coffee , pub. A comfortable place that I would recommend.

This is a wonderful, peaceful apartment in a beautiful central part of the city. The apartment is very well equipped - we used the kitchen extensively and it had everything we needed to cook. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is modern. Tracy was very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is conveniently located just a short walk from Hanoi's charming Old Quarter. The hosts were outstanding—truly helpful and attentive. We were thrilled that the apartment was serviced every three days during our stay, which made things even more comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-see spots, enhancing our experience. The apartment itself was spacious enough for four people, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with this host. It was simply outstanding!

Stayed in Hannah's place for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Looks exactly like photos. Fast internet, aircons, lots of hot water, washer and dryer, Grab on every corner so easy to go to Old Quarter (5 min) or just walk there in 15 minutes. Starbucks around the corner, lots of pharmacies and local coffee and eats in the area. The place itself was quiet and had good sleep everyday till 9 in the morning. No complaints from my side. Better that the other places I stayed in HCMC and Hanoi. Thank you Hannah and to your friendly mother.

Tri’s home was great for us. We both work online and my boyfriend takes multiple video calls throughout the day so we needed a quiet space with plenty of light and strong WiFi - this place delivers! It’s a little away from the buzz of Hanoi but you can easily get a grab from the top of the road (you have to walk out of the hem around 100 metres as the roads aren’t mapped so it’s easier to set the location as the main road and walk up). Cleaning was regular and they provided what we needed. Place was super quiet at all times. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine etc. Walking distance of great gym - Teekiu

Pham was the best host I had in my Airbnb experience so far. Very helpful, lots of great and timely recommendations, always responds quickly to any questions I have. It was my first time in Vietnam and having a host like Pham made it a much easier and better experience. If it's your first time in Hanoi I can highly recommend staying with Pham. He's a great person and will make you feel you already made a friend in Vietnam! 10/10

Absolutely loved my stay at Toàn’s. It’s great that it’s quite distant from the bustling-hustling side of the city and yet it’s a 5mins. Grab ride to get the city centre. Loved the interiors of the apartment! The building was sound and well maintained. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to him! Also, the cleaning service was a great addition to the experience. It felt like staying in a hotel rather than your usual AirBnb. Would definitely stay here again! 💯

We stayed 3 nights in khanhs Airbnb and had a really good time. Everything was clean and the location was right in the centre of the city. The communication to khanh was excellent. It was a bit loud at some time, but it didn’t bother us. All in all a good experience.

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Le logement est parfait pour 6 personnes avec 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain et une terrasse exterieure. Bien situé pour acceder facilement aux principaux centres d'intérêt de Hanoi, et tres calme. Anna Anh etait disponible pour repondre a nos attentes. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Logement convenable pour 4, spacieux et propre, la décoration du salon est agréable et la grande chambre confortable. Néanmoins l’appartement est humide, le linge ne sèche pas, la proportion des chambres n’est pas idéale, l’une trop petite (étroite), l’autre trop basse (1m60). Cela peut convenir pour une famille avec des enfants. Le logement n’est pas tout à côté du vieux Hanoï et des centres d’intérêt, et trop loin à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi à chaque sortie. Le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé, contrairement à la lumière du matin (pas de volets). Je souligne cependant la réactivité de l’hôte et son aide. Il a toujours répondu à nos sollicitations et est intervenu très rapidement en cas de problème. Il a donc participé à faire de ce séjour un bon moment.

とても滞在しやすい場所です。 近くには有名なフォーやブンチャーの店もあり朝からローカルグルメを楽しめます。 旧市街にはGrabタクシーを使ってすぐに行けます。 部屋には滞在に必要なものは揃っていてワイングラスがあったのは嬉しかったです。 洗濯機と乾燥機は共同で使えるものが1階にあります。 オーナーとのコミニケーションはすぐに取れるため、色々な事を相談にのってくれます。 9日滞在して最高でした。 ハノイに行く時は、また利用させて下さい。

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

Căn hộ rất đẹp, sạch sẽ, và siêu tiện nghi. Chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Căn hộ có view đẹp, phòng rộng rãi, vị trí ở khu đường lớn. Nhóm mình có sử dụng bát đũa của nhà, do k tìm thấy miếng rửa bát nên đành để gọn lại.
