The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Our Family of 5 absolutely loved our 3 night stay here, cannot say enough good things about this town, this host and this lovely space - everything was above and beyond our expectations! The space is larger than it appears in photos and everything inside was top quality. Our 3 kids each loved having their own bed. We enjoyed cooking and eating in as well as sampling the yummy food that the town has to offer. Sarah provides a great selection of movies, novels and picture books of the area as well as the most impressive Welcome Basket - much appreciated after a busy travel day!

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

We had a great time at Luke's house. The king size beds were very comfortable. The host was friendly. The house facilities were very good. The park and ride into Cambridge was close by. The TV worked well and the furniture inside and outside was in very good condition.

This not not the first time we have stayed here, which is a recommendation in itself. We did have a problem with the television but our hosts did all they could to sort it while we were there, and the remaining issue they will very probably have sorted by the time the next guest arrives. It was not significant enough to affect us in any significant way.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Perfect stay, house is gorgeous, very clean & has everything you need. Great welcome pack and lovely touch leaving a bottle of Prosecco. Great hosts! Awesome location… Lots to do within walking distance, for adults and children. Would definitely love to come back, and highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
