if you are looking for a long stay in Hanoi this will be the best place to rent. The internet is good enough if you work from home. The place has washer hot water 2 bedrooms and 2 TVs with Netflix. Everything met my expectation. The building is always clean and Armin is a great guy, good personality, very responsible and responsive. He made us feel safe and like at home. If you are missing something he can accommodate in anyways possible. He also provide someone to clean. This is a great neighborhood with great restaurants, gym, supermarket, beauty salon and spas, coffe shops, club etc... If you have kids there's at least 5 different parks near the place to take them to play or have fun. Everything is in the description. I am actually surprised that he does not have thousands of 5 stars reviews yet. Keep up the good job Armin. I travel a lot and not every hosts are like you and I really don't see myself using someone else when I am back to Vietnam.

家族4人で3泊しました。 エコパークはハノイ市街からは少し離れていますが、静かな場所にあり、とても過ごしやすいです。 飲食店やスーパーも徒歩圏内にあるので不自由さは全く感じませんでした。 エコパークのシャトルバスでハノイ市街やイオンモールに出掛けることができます。 また、自転車が借りられるので近所を散策してみるのもおすすめです。 部屋は広く、設備も充実していて快適に過ごすことができます。 私たちは英語でのコミュニケーションに不安があったのでAyaさんにはとても助けられました。 また、部屋を案内してくれたNamさんのお母さんもとてもいい人でした。 この度は本当にありがとうございました！

Dear Ha, thank you very much for your hospitality and for arranging this last minute. The place looks very nice, comfortable and we really enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the host. The place is very neat and we slept well. In the morning the host provide a nice breakfast, yogurt and fruits and sandwiches, and my son said that he had the best egg sandwich! A very nice touch is the water filtration system - no need for water bottles. All in all, we really enjoyed our short stay and kudos to the hosts on the work they do. I would strongly recommend this place and the hosts.

We liked this apartment and decided to extend our stay. Binh is friendly and helpful and responds to messages quickly. Comfortable independent check-in. Convenient location. T here are free buses: one goes around the area, the second goes around the Vinhomes areas and you can get to the center of Hanoi.

We stayed 3 nights in khanhs Airbnb and had a really good time. Everything was clean and the location was right in the centre of the city. The communication to khanh was excellent. It was a bit loud at some time, but it didn’t bother us. All in all a good experience.

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Place was as described, definitely recommend this place. Huong was so helpful with checkin and did our laundry for us too. She was so helpful everyday and went above and beyond with check in and check out!! ❤️

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Logement convenable pour 4, spacieux et propre, la décoration du salon est agréable et la grande chambre confortable. Néanmoins l’appartement est humide, le linge ne sèche pas, la proportion des chambres n’est pas idéale, l’une trop petite (étroite), l’autre trop basse (1m60). Cela peut convenir pour une famille avec des enfants. Le logement n’est pas tout à côté du vieux Hanoï et des centres d’intérêt, et trop loin à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre un taxi à chaque sortie. Le bruit ne nous a pas dérangé, contrairement à la lumière du matin (pas de volets). Je souligne cependant la réactivité de l’hôte et son aide. Il a toujours répondu à nos sollicitations et est intervenu très rapidement en cas de problème. Il a donc participé à faire de ce séjour un bon moment.

Das Apartment hat die perfekte Ausgangslage um Hanoi zu erkunden. Es liegt sehr zentral aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Vorallem der Balkon ist ein kleines Highlight. Self check in war dank der klaren Anweisung sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Fantastic place. Brilliant host. I highly recommend this place to others

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

Loan is a nice friendly host. The apartment is clean and cosy. it's located in a good location... We will go back if we visit Hanoi 💪
