The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

The place has a great view of the lake, with wall-size windows! The area is nice and near the little "island" where there are bars and restaurants, and near good micro-breweries. The apartment is very large. The couch isn't comfy, but that's about the only complaint we had.

Полотенца меняли очень часто, а ещё нас угощали сладостями, что было особенно приятно. Общение с хозяином на высшем уровне — всегда на связи, отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Если ищете идеальное жильё, могу смело рекомендовать эту квартиру!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Super central location, you’ll walk everywhere! Loved the roof terrace. Clean and tidy place, would highly recommend.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

We had an enjoyable time staying at Linh’s place, especially the fact that Linh did more than what a normal airbnb host would do, which was giving us a lot of food recommendations and making sure that we had an enjoyable time in Hanoi. She also provided the stuff we requested (example: we needed bug spray and she provided one for us). The place is not exactly in the center of crowd but very easy to go around, which is nice. Thanks!!!

사장님이 아주 친절하고 대응도 빠르게 해주십니다. 숙소가 조금 외진곳이 있지만 클락션 소리고 안나고 저는 오히려 좋았습니다. 1층의 편의시설도 많고 만족스러운 숙소 였습니다

The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful. The space is elegantly designed, fully equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay in Hanoi.

Tuan's apartment was very comfortable. It's about a 30-minute drive from the Old Quarter due to traffic but with the price of Grab, it wasn't an inconvenience. Tuan was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. He even provided a driver to pick me up from the airport. There is a coffee shop, markets and spa facilities right downstairs which is very convenient. And the GO Hypermarket is within walking distance. I loved that he had nice wine glasses and I made it a point to buy a couple of bottles while I was there.
