Tough logistics for a one night stay with skiing the next day. Garage separate from unit, which is remote from ski locker. Great logistics for a multi day stay, truly ski in/ski out to beaver run lift. Tough with young kids, essentially a studio apartment without any doors separating bed/kitchen/living room. Cleaning team could use some help. Lots of hair around, old blood stain on a pillow case. Overall would stay again without kids for at least 2 nights :)

Wow we had a fabulous stay! It was SO convenient near the ski lifts… walking distance and loved the heated indoor parking garage as well. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

We were all about skiing and our apartment was perfect for that! You walk 1 minute to your ski locker and then you walk for 2 minutes to the lift!!! It was perfect for our group and very/ VERY good value for the price we paid :)

Great place to stay for our ski vacation in Summit County! Perfect location, with an easy walk to charming downtown Frisco. The condo had a great set up with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Kitchen was well appointed and common spaces comfortable to hang out together after a long day of skiing. One note, the condo’s shared hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay.

My partner and had a great stay here! The check in process was smooth, and communication with the hosts was easy. Pros - a short walk to Main Street, very clean, fan and humidifier in the bedroom, hot tub on site, quick access to the Snowflake chairlift (essentially ski in/ski out). Cons - the bed & pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the TV was small. Upgrading these 2 items would have a big impact. All said, if you’re looking for a centrally-located rental with a hot tub — this is your place!

Had an excellent stay at Darice's home, nestled in hillside just above Breckenridge, was a perfect spot for our family birthday celebration! Darice did an excellent job of communicating up to the stay and everything exceeded our expectations. We'll be back again!

Out of all the Air B n B's I've stayed in work and play, this was by far the nicest one I have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, well stocked kitchen(only thing I would add is a better metal spatula for cooking breakfast in the morning), lots of social space, and we loved the grill even with shoveling out the 3 feet of snow around it. All in all I would highly recommend this place for a ski trip with 6 to 7 people. Also the heated garage was a great bonus with the cold weather it made packing easy! The bonus spots on the ranch were also great. We used the lake house one night and ended up being the only ones there the hot tubs were top notch and the star gazing was spectacular!

As a New Yorker with pretty high standards, I was beyond impressed with this home — truly 5-star quality. The design was stylish and thoughtful, the comfort was top-notch, and the fully stocked kitchen had absolutely everything we needed (and more). After long days of skiing in Breckenridge, coming back to this space felt like a real retreat. The clubhouse was stunning — a perfect bonus with great amenities. This place exceeded every expectation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

We really enjoyed staying at Andrew’s property. The place was clean, convenient and cozy. Andrew was quick to respond when minor issues arose. Only complaint is it’s a steep hill to the property and other residents/guests parked on the hill which made the drive down with snow very difficult. If you stay here in the winter make sure you have a dependable 4WD. We’d definitely stay here again!

Jerrod was great and his place was perfect for our crew. The access to the mountain was great for half our squad and the other half took the convenient shuttle.

We had a great stay in Silverthorne. The home was very large and was able to accommodate three families while giving each their own space when they needed it, but also a very large combined space for us to congregate and spend time together, which was the goal of our trip. The home was very neat and clean. The location is also great. We had CU Boulder students with us who had ski passes to Copper, which was an easy 15 minutes away. Silverthorne proved to be an ideal location (and ultimately better than being right at Copper Mountain) because there were so many amenities in the town. We were able to hit the grocery store and cook both nights in the very large kitchen, which allowed old friends to catch up and spend more time together and save money on meals. It had everything you'd need to create a meal for a large group, including an enormous 6-burner grill, which was an excellent bonus.

Dave was a kind and responsive host. My friends and I all loved the condo’s location and enjoyed the nice outdoor hot tub. It was very easy to walk to Main Street, only 5 minutes, and the chair lift was very close too. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

When we arrived at the location I could not get the instructions to load on my phone which is a reflection of my cell service. I called Jereme and he was quick to answer and extremely helpful. Once we had the instructions we were able to easily access the garage and condo. Jereme even checked back with me to make sure everything was satisfactory and offered assistance if needed. SUPER HOST! The accommodations far exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was an easy walk to the chairlifts, shuttle stop, and to all the activities the village had to offer. The pullout sofa was by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on and it was easy to keep things organized throughout our stay. After a full day of skiing my family truly appreciated the showerhead and water pressure...FABULOUS! I would highly recommend Jereme and this location to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent location immediately across from hot tub and heated pool. So close to Riva Bahn live and Golden Peak Lodge. Like really close. And the lift lines are much better here. BA breakfast for free!

It was a beautiful place close to the Keystone resort. We were able to take the shuttle to ski,but the drive was less than 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants and Sarah responded whenever we had a question.

We loved our stay at Jessica’s condo! The location is exceptional. You can see the Quicksilver Chair out the window, so you’re on the slopes in minutes. You’re also a block from South Main Street and an abundance of restaurants and shops. We parked our rental car and didn’t use it the whole time we were there! The main bed was SUPER comfortable, which is very important after a long day on the mountain, and the pull out couch worked for our teenaged daughter. Jessica was also a proactive communicator and provided great, local recommendations (try Gravity Haus for dinner!). Oh, and we saw a moose from the window of the condo, which was an added bonus!

Heathers place was great. It was super close to everything downtown and easy access to the main Gondola and bus. Would definitely stay here again!
