We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the kids' toys to the thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee, and local guidebooks. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. I especially loved relaxing in front of the fire and enjoying the serene surroundings. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, offering great tips about the area and checking in (without being intrusive). I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting North Andover or the greater Boston area.

We had a great family vacation in Serge's beautiful house. A quiet, peaceful neighborhood, everything looked exactly like in the pictures. Everything was clean, Serge's instructions were spot on, and his helpful attitude was unmatched by any Airbnb host I've dealt with in the past. Always proactive, reaching out to make sure we didn't need anything else. Any request was immediately responded to and addressed. We hope to return here in the future, it was really great!

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

We had an excellent time at Brad’s beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable, enough hot water for several showers, and all of the cooking ware you would need! Well these things are what catch our attention when traveling for work. Brad is an awesome guy and fantastic host. He was there from time to time, and there was never an awkward moment. He is very personable and easy going. I would stay here 10 out of 10 times when passing through.

Wonderful house great for large groups it was exactly what we wanted. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the backyard and pool l.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

We stayed for one night in the off season and had the house to ourselves. Beautiful clean home, plenty of space, charming, view of the ocean from the back of the house. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to find. Close to bars and restaurants but far enough away from the congestion. Team was quick to respond to questions

I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. We had a great time on a New England road trip! We loved the restaurant MIDA went twice! Wine and liquor store is also close by.

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

Our Road crew stayed at Matt's place while installing one of our climbing walls for the new Watertown High School. His home was close to the site and had plenty for them to do while off hours. They loved the spacious rooms and privacy they had while staying in his home. We would definitely stay here again if we are installing another wall in the area. Thank you Matt! I had a great stay with Q&A. The apartment was clean and cosy and had all I needed; it is situated at the lower garden level at the back of the house with a lovely view and even a small terrace. Q&A are such great hosts! Very friendly and super quick in their communication, and very attentive to my needs. I could use one of their bicycles to go to the venue where my conference was, and they also gave me a late check-out. I felt very welcome and will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Salem. The property was comfortable and plenty of room for our group of eight to gather together. There was plenty of kitchen supplies so we are able to cook some meals. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and great water pressure in the showers. It was close to downtown which was great for us. We highly recommend Eric’s place and thank you for having us!

Good experience

This place was beautiful and had so much space for me and a few friends. I love how close in proximity everything was. I loved staying in the old house. I loved the floors and the beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of bathrooms. Just one thing to note - there was a coffee maker, coffee filters, a Keurig, tea, vanilla coffee creamer but no coffee pods nor coffee geounds.I did enjoy the tea but there was a guest that wanted coffee. There was a Keurig pods holder stand but no pods were in it.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and cozy New England home & would definitely stay again. Private off-street parking made things a breeze coming and going. We loved being able to walk the dogs down to the beach. My son was excited to be able to play basketball in the back yard and everyone enjoyed the arcade room.

Great space. There were 8 of us that stayed. We mainly were out in about during the day going to Boston breweries. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but we hung out there in the evenings. Bill hooked us up with a bag of charcoal for the grill so we could cook up some steaks. The house has a great backyard area. The kitchen and dining room area was big enough to accommodate us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Great shower heads. Off street parking was great for both our vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house looks exactly as pictured and all of the beds and bathrooms were clean. There is another unit in the basement, but you can only hear the people down there if you are standing right next to the locked door between the spaces. We recommend Regina’s place and would stay there again!

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.

Mark and Suzanne's home is what we needed on our trip to Peabody. It is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. It is in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is beautiful. Won't mind staying here again next time we are back in Peabody.
