Our stay in the place was peaceful. The rooms are cold and clean. The veranda is a nice area to talk with the company. The caretaker and the host are friendly and accommodating.

We had a great time at your place it was clean, cozy and enough space for everyone.The beach was just a few steps away, Chi attended our concerns really quick. Too bad it was raining all the time, I can’t think of any negative feedback.

Great place to write a book! This was our first visit to this area in the Philippines. Some, it was the first trip to the Philippines. Both groups are already thinking how we can return only to be at Dune house. The architectural elements and style are well thought out for space and elegance. The management and security were so helpful and kind. The plunge pool was clean and added to the relaxation and serenity of the house. We spent most of our time on the exquisite pool deck overlooking the dune to the beach. Privacy is so well preserved. From the road, you don’t realize the Dune house exists. The internet worked great. I would hesitate to bring small children here as stairs from drive to deck does not have a rail and the deck from the property out to the public beach has been damaged by the previous seasons storms. If one was writing a book, this location and home would be a haven with its privacy. What a gem! Thank you

Perfect for get togethers, can cook for groups or order at the cafe (beef tapa was a hit). Host responded quickly and clearly to all questions. We had a nice time!

We loved the place. We enjoyed watching and hanging out at the place :) kuya Marty the caretaker took care of us and was very responsive and he was respectful.

The place is definitely safe and private with an outdoor pool. The caretaker Benedict was indeed helpful. Clean sheets and towels (super thankful) with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Provided a hot and cold shower. The house is indeed recommendable for big groups. Provided with refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water, cooking utensils etc. Caterer knows the place well for our food deliveries. Recommendable caterers are Amano's Lechon (superb and delicious lechon belly), Kamarin Bay Grill and Restaurant and Biryani Station. The host is very responsive. and we Thank you for that. Kudos to you and your staff :)

I celebrated my birthday with the entire family at Rochelle' Place. We are able to reach the property with no difficulty, and upon arrival we we were awed with the beauty of the place. A large pool complete with big and colorful floaters , a lovely garden and huge parking sapce welcomed us. We had 4 cars and they were all parked nicely. More than the nice view that welcomed us, nothing beats the hospitality, the warmth and thoughtfullness that Rochelle and her staff prepared for us. We were welcomed with a surprise birthday cake ,kakainin, chips and drinks that we really enhoyed before settling in our rooms. The rooms were very clean, airy and functional. So are the kitchen and living room. Everything you need are there, even the condiments! and what we impressed me most is the presence of a complete coffee bar! Grill is nice, we didn't need charcoal anymore. The beach is lovely, we had a beautiful view of the sunset. Beach mats and toys for kids are available. Our stay is superb!
