We really love the place ! It felt like home. The bedrooms are quite big with nice sheets. The living room sofa bed can still accommodate 2 more persons. The kitchen was nice too with complete amenities. We were a party of 5 and stayed for 4 nights and everyone liked the place. Highly recommended! We would likely book this place again if we go back to Bacolod.

Hosts are very responsive. They're very attentive to our needs as well and made sure that we have a clean and comfortable place to stay in. Their place is perfect for families and large groups as it's spacious enough to accommodate more or less 10 people. We are a family of 10 and we never had any problems moving around the area. Will definitely come back here for our next trip to Bacolod ☺️

Ar's place is located near the airport and ideal if you are flying in or out during off-peak hours. The water pressure in the second floor bathroom can be improved but overall, the place is as described.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

We had a very comfortable stay in the place. The rooms were big and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The place was peaceful and was very close to the commercial center which made access to groceries, shops, and restaurants very convenient. I would like to commend Ate Dyna also. As a caretaker of the house, she was very warm and welcoming. 10 out of 5 stars for this place.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this Aileen’s place. The location was fine, although it was a bit far from the establishments. One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout curtains to the room for better sleep quality. Despite this, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again in the future.

What stood out the most was the host’s hospitality—he was very accommodating, even helping us with a last-minute change to our guest list. Super bait po ni Ma'am Lea, before i booked her place, she said to me that her place was simple lang but i still booked it and glad I did cause it was a nice place, maganda ang view from the window makikita mo na ang pool. Super responsive ni ma'am, complete ang kitchen, we've cooked inside and the the good thing is malapit lang sa supermarket, The building is across Ayala , you can just walk through to buy foods or other essentials. it really felt like home. If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

The place was great. Walkable to the Lagoon, Ayala mall, Lacson street (which has a lot of great restaurants), and just close to everything. The place is also clean, has a hot and cold shower, fast wifi, and a kitchen if you're planning to cook a small meal. The host was also very responsive and friendly.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

Approachable and responsive host! We had an honest accident in the unit and Sir Harz kept an open mind and was understanding about it. Thankful he was our host. Great amenities and peaceful place. I'll definitely stay here again when we revisit!
