Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

Kathreen's place is such a gem! place is clean and location is good (has restos and convenience store nearby). Host is very responsive. The place has spacious rooms with complete amenities. The pool and bonfire area is a nice touch together with the very homey vibe of the place. Overall, this is a rare find and will definitely recommend.

Had a good stay at this unit! The location is very convenient, especially for concert-goers like me since it’s just near MOA. There’s also a mini mart downstairs which made it easy to grab essentials anytime. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable to stay in. Check-in and check-out were smooth— the host sent clear instructions beforehand and even sent a reminder on the day of check-out. Overall, a great experience.

The place was so pristine, and exactly how it's titled — peaceful. The whole are is spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere inside and outside the home was relaxing even if you are just sipping coffee. The host was generous and very approachable. This was an excellent choice of stay.

The pool is great way of beating the heat this summer and it's good for 4 pax. Their caretakers kuya Jerry and ate Vic have honesty store so you can buy foods and some snacks. The kitchen has basic condiments you need for cooking. Also, their bathrooms are so clean and cozy. You can read their reminders and they will make you laugh somehow. We definitely enjoyed our stay because it feels like home.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

We had a great stay at this house! The entire home is even better than the posted photos. Elegantly designed, very spacious, complete and working furnitures and kitchenwares, and we enjoyed grilling at the rooftop/terrace! The house is in an exclusive subdivision with wide streets and an open area for basketball and tennis courts. It's also perfect for jogging and outdoor activities. I can say that this listing is very well worth it.

The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.

We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!
