We celebrated my Mom’s birthday here. The place is spacious, clean and has the right equipment to make the guests life easier! I love the big rice cooker! The care taker is very accommodating! Thank you for the complimentary red wine! I totally recommend this place e to celebrate your special occasions.

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

Awesome stay – highly recommend! Our family had a great time at this place. Super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. The host was really friendly and made everything super easy, from the endless queries Sir Mark was responsive. I’ve stayed in this property 6 times now as I attend business in Greater Manila. Beautiful villa with all you could need for a stay Really clean, comfortable and modern. Claudine manages all your name as housekeeper. Michiel and Rizza who own the property are incredible helpful and responsive. Really safe and secure location. Close to all key motorways for easy access to all major local cities. Could not recommend more highly.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

Place was really nice and can accommodate a lot people. Very spacious for other activities and location is near stores or convenience stores.

Great house for multi family gathering. Clean quality linens, nice beds, fun game room. Pools were nice and clean. Kitchen was great for a big group. The view was fantastic! Don't forget knives if you go, there were plenty of forks and spoons but no knives. Also if you are planning on doing lots of cooking maybe bring your own pans and cutting boards as the IKEA ones were well used but still workable. Host was very responsive and the caretaker was there if we had questions or couldn't find anything. There was a fair bit of trash around the house, which was only noticable because of how nice the house was.

We had a fantastic stay at Fernando's Airbnb! The location was perfect, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed—Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, parking, and three spacious bedrooms. The decor was beautiful, and the space was well-designed, making it feel cozy and inviting. Fernando was super responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. The place is beautiful, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Every corner is a spot for good photos. All the equipment is complete and clean. The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and the effect is beautiful at night. It was worth what we paid. The caretakers are also very kind. You can recommend the place to others because it is so beautiful.

Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

We stayed at here over a Friday and Saturday need to celebrate our daughters 18th. The host, Avy communicated well, eager to assist, and the onsite Caretaker was helpful, ready to sort any issues (minor) that we had, without being intrusive. We had a recce prior to the booking date to check the venue out and were shown around by the Caretaker Sam. The place is very spacious, and we ended up using only 4 out of the 6 rooms, which was plenty for the 25odd pax. Sam came in after the first day to reset/spruce up the place and bedrooms were cleaned. As mentioned earlier the decor could do with some TLC as the open area downstairs, ie karaoke, kitchen/dining and pool table/garage looks to have suffered from successive party decorations damage, but once our chosen caterer had readied the place this was not really a problem for us. The villa is very spacious. I really like the ambiance. Though there is an opportunity to work on the landscape of the place especially in the front and the side upon entering the villa. I would recommend the villa to friends and family.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Ms. Vernice's place is wonderful and looked exactly as the pictures shared in the listing. The surrounding area is fairly quiet and it you will really feel at home. As a host, she was always ever so patient (from the time we were inquiring up to our stay/check out); and she was very responsive to all of our queries and concerns, no matter how minor they seem to be. 😊 Amenities and location wise - the place is worth it especially for big groups like us. It's a very quick trip from Metro Manila. Have already recommended the place to some of my friends and family. I hope to be able to book the place again sometime in the future. Good place for family/barkada hangout. The pool was very nice -- so great for an afternoon swim. Overall, feel of the place was homey. It was just extremely hot during the afternoon and morning in the living room/kitchen area. Could've been the best if the area was airconditioned.^^ Well given that it's summer time, the sun was just too unkind. Will def choose to come back when the weather is cooler. Everything you need is right there. Sir James was also very kind and accommodating. Thanks for hosting us!
