A very pleasant and caring guard. A warm welcome with fruits and drinks. Secluded location. Nice private beach. Clean linen and dishes. A friendly family. Nuances: 1. Getting here is a bit difficult. But the guard can meet you at the airport. And his family will offer a menu, cook the selected dishes and feed them very tasty. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunches and dinners are delicious and inexpensive. 2. There is no air conditioner, only fans. 3. Sometimes the electricity (and fans) goes out at night because the house is powered by a generator. 4. Wi-Fi is only available in the backyard. But if you come to rest, it's even a plus) If it's okay for you, then you will have a very good rest away from a lot of people, with a caring guard)

The key thing I would say about Buko resort is their amazingly warm, inviting, kind and helpful staff made each and every day! We enjoyed several beautiful evening sunsets from our peaceful villa. The staff organized all our transportation and boat tours.

Die Villa war geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Sauberkeit und die liebevollen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Die gesamte Hotelanlage war gepflegt und ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein echtes Highlight war der hervorragende Service des Vermieters und des gesamten Teams. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und haben sich großartig um uns gekümmert. Auch das Essen war fantastisch! Frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen – die Auswahl war groß und die Qualität hervorragend. Wir haben es jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen! Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, und wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

We had a remarkable and highly memorable stay with Captain Carlito! Plus, he is an exceptional host, chef, and entertainer. We talked, ate, and sang karaoke all afternoon and evening -- what a blast. Certainly a major highlight from our 3-weeks in the Philippines. Can't recommend this enough!

Great value for the amenities and service provided. We often visit Palawan and already tried many accommodations in El Nido. This is one of the best in terms of inclusions, location, service, and price. The uncrowned king of budget accommodation in town. Highly recommended without hesitation.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in El Nido! The location is absolutely perfect—right in front of the beach, offering breathtaking sunset views every evening. If you’re a diver, this is the ideal spot since the dive shop is just next door, making everything super convenient. There’s a laundry service and a hostel with a bar & restaurant right next door, which is great if you’re too tired to go far for food. While some reviews mentioned noise from the hostel, I barely noticed it, and it quieted down around 11 PM, so it wasn’t an issue at all. What truly made our stay special was the kindness & hospitality of the staff. Joy was incredibly helpful in coordinating our dives and island tours, making everything seamless and stress-free. Oliver was also very gracious in extending our checkout time when I fell sick, which I deeply appreciated. I 100% recommend this place. If you’re looking for a well-situated, comfortable, & welcoming stay in El Nido, this is it!

Stayed 2 nights glamping and 3 nights at the Airbnb. The staff are so nice and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. Place is big enough for our family with 2 pre-teens. The place is clean and spacious. Love seeing and hearing the waves in the morning from our bed. We picked the place for the sole purpose of seeing turtle hatchling release and it did not disappoint. Would stay here again.
