Das Briefing und Boarding war einwandfrei. Top Haus! Handtücher in den Gästebädern und Holz für den Kamin sollten inkludiert sein. Die Unterkunft ist ihr Geld wert - die Airbnb Gebühren sind nicht unerheblich.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

很温馨的度假小屋，门前有一块漂亮的草坪，还有小朋友玩的蹦蹦床，离萨尔茨堡差不多半小时的路程，能够领略奥地利的乡间风光，非常值得推荐。。

Freundlicher und flexibler Gastgeber, großzügige und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Arno in St. Johann! Check-in und Kommunikation waren total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie geschrieben. Arno hat uns gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Vermietern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz im Haus, einfacher Zugang zum Garten, direkter Parkplatz vor dem Haus und viele Orte fussläufig zu erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall ein toller Ort um mit seinen Kindern ereignisreiche zu verbringen. Gerne wieder :-)

Jacqueline's rental was nicer than I expected! There were lots of windows to look out at the amazing mountain view! The place was pretty large, with several couches for sitting and reading, a nice little kitchen and a very clean bathroom. I didn't have time to use the nice hot tub or wood stove, but if I had stayed longer I for sure would have done that! The apartment was decorated nicely and she also had some coffee, tea and snacks available. Jacqueline was so friendly, and I felt welcomed and could ask questions as needed! I highly recommend!

Thanks to Michael‘s clear instructions, the apartment was easy to find and get in. Its location across from the dome and with a view on the dome as well as the castle is perfect: you open the door and are in the heart of Salzburg! Since my husband and I love to cook, we found the limited set of cooking tools a bit challenging. However, this won’t be an issue if dining out is more your style! Also, the kitchen was rather small, and a few tools where not cleaned thoroughly. Still, the kitchen offered all the basics we needed. The possibility to leave luggage on the premises after check-out comes in handy for sightseeing. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and recommend Michael‘s Apartment as it it offers great value for the price.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Andrea und Melanie sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Silvia ist eine charmante Gastgeberin. Wir wurden mit selbstgemachtenm Apfelgelee, Äpfeln und Birnen aus dem wunderschönen Garten verwöhnt. Der Blick vom Frühstücksbalkon ist sehr entspannend und man wird mit Sonne verwöhnt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely perfect stay - the best lodging of our entire two week trip. The apartment is exactly as pictured - exceedingly clean and comfortable. I didn't realize before booking how GREAT the location is! You're a 4-minute walk up the hill from the castle, restaurants, and romantic old town. You're a 45 second walk from the Obersalzbergbahn station - do NOT miss this! A beautiful ride up the hill, a fun alpine coaster, and a restaurant with absolute knockout views. The house is also at the base of the Rossfeld Panorama Road, which also can't be missed. Belinda was beyond awesome - the most memorable, cheerful, and helpful host I've ever stayed with. Our travel plans got whacked by the German ground workers strike, and she was INCREDIBLY flexible and helpful. Important: make sure she shows you on a map how to access the zig-zag walking path behind the castle and up to the church on the hill. Absolutely incredible hike that I wouldn't have found without her expertise. Ten stars!

Edith and Helmut are perfect hosts. They greeted us at the apartment and gave detailed information that made our stay so easy. It’s very close to the Old Town and impeccably clean. The Mozart chocolates on arrival were a nice touch and we appreciated Edith calling us a taxi for our departure.

Anna hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Appartement bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Küche bietet wirklich alles... man kann auch sofort Kuchen backen 😉 Tolle Lage zum Skigebiet. Jederzeit wieder, einfach toll. Danke Anna👋

感谢Bea将自己的公寓分享给我们。我们按照Bea提供的信息精准抵达住处，门前有私人停车位，Bea热情的接待了我们并提供了很多旅游建议和信息。第二天我没有开车，在住处步行3分钟左右，有一个公交车站直达萨尔茨堡市区，非常方便。公寓干净整洁，设施齐全，周边开车5分钟有购物超市和奥特莱斯购物中心。本次旅行非常满意的住处。谢谢Bea！

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Es handelt sich um eine sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung und jeder Raum hat einen Zugang zum Balkon. Die Lage und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind auch ohne ein Auto zu haben 1A! Rainer und seine Frau sind sehr herzlich und nett, die Gegend sowie "das zu Hause", alles ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

We had a very warm welcome by our host, the apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen includes everything you might need, and the same holds for the bathroom. Communication with the host was excellent and fast. We enjoyed our stay here.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage und toller Umgebung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, schön hell und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist klasse: der See, diverse Restaurants, Supermarkt, Feinkostläden und Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Jaana und Sebastian sind großartige Gastgeber - super nett, hilfsbereit und antworten immer direkt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Laura and Stefan are lovely hosts - really proactive in checking that we had everything that we needed and were ok. Great location - accepting that it was out of town. Timing the trains right it was around 25 mins from the house down to Marienplatz and an hour from the airport. Lovely spacious house in a residential area so really quiet. The supermarket 300m away and also just two mins from the station was also really useful. Only suggested improvements would be ; Bigger bath towels. The ones in the double bedrooms were really small and no chance they’d go round even the slimmest of us!! 😂 Also a house manual would be handy so you don’t constantly Bother the hosts eg heating, coffee machine, tv (never did manage to get it working) Really small things though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
