Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und picobello sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man wandern gehen möchte, bei Regen an der Ache, bei Sonne in Hochötz - das Seilbahnticket ist enthalten. Sabine war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder !

We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

Die Wohnung war für uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) hervorragend. Das getrennte Wohnzimmer wurde dank dem vorhanden Spielzeug in der Wohnung Spielzimmer und hat den Kindern einen super Rückzugsraum gegeben. Wobei wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren, die Region bietet einfach enorm viel. Inmitten von Skigebieten, Wandermöglichkeiten, Schwimmbädern, und natürlich der Isar und vielem mehr. Gute Restaurants und Bäcker fußläufig zu erreichen. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir planen, bald wieder zukommmen! Siegfried war sehr hilfsbereit.

Maria ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, hat sich um alles gekümmert, ist äußerst freundlich und hat dazu einen authentischen Charakter. Hier bekommt man eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung an die Spieljochbahn und das große Skigebiet im Zillertal. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank Maria!!!

Great place to stay outside of Munich and yet close to beautiful landscapes

Ich war das zweite Mal für eine Woche bei Waltraud und Michael um Urlaub zu machen. Man kann sich hier nur wohlfühlen... die Natur bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten für Aktivurlaub und Erholung. Waltraud und Michael sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und man bekommt tolle Ausflugstipps, wenn man das wünscht. Das Einzelzimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend für eine Person, sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Ich komme definitiv wieder :-)

Sabine's Turmhaus is a place of utter peace. The attention to detail is outstanding in her Turmhaus and garden (chicken in the backyard!). We had a family trip with 6 people and could not have asked for a better home for the weekend. Well located for small hikes and close to the lake itself. You might find yourself wanting to stay longer! Communication was also great and Sabine very accommodating of special requests and in the time leading up to our stay. 10/10!

Bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Marlene durften wir wieder in der kleinen aber bestens eingerichteten Wohnung mit Sonnenbalkon eine grandiose Schneesportwoche verbringen. Die ruhige Lage mit bester ÖV-Anbindung nach u.a. Seefeld, Wachsmöglichkeiten im Skikeller und das weitläufige Langlaufnetz mit Einstieg praktisch vor der Haustüre sind für Outdoor- Enthusiasten beste Voraussetzungen. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Marlene rundet das ganze Bild ab. Vielen Dank und bald wieder in Plaik/Leutasch!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche zu viert in der geräumigen, wunderschön eingerichteten und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung Lanzle. Es hat alles gepasst, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Bad neu und hochwertig, alles ist sehr ansprechend. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter.

Upon arrival, our accommodation went smoothly and without any problems. The apartment and its facilities correspond to the description, it is spacious and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby. The ski bus stop is only about a hundred meters away from the apartment. We felt very comfortable during our entire skiing holiday. We highly recommend a visit. Thank you Dani.

This place is great! Clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Lake Starnberg. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo that takes you to the train station. There are grocery stores across the street which is about a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants and shopping around the lake.

I had a wonderful stay at Katharina's apartment. The place is very comfortable, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It's also perfectly located near the beautiful Ammersee. Katharina was an exceptional host—kind, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area!

Another great stay at Betty’s place! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! I have traveled with Airbnb for more than 10 years now, and I had met many amazing hosts, and I have to say, Betty is probably the best host I have ever had! The place is clean, well furnished with anything you might need, in a quiet area, with easy on street parking, and a train station only 15 min by foot. And the llamas are another great plus! Strongly recommended!

A super convenient apartment in a picturesque location with stunning views of the mountains and a charming little church. The apartment is very cozy and feels just like home. The hosts are welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help or provide advice. We went skiing with a friend, and the apartment is located 30-40 km away from all the top ski resorts like Ischgl, St. Anton, and Sölden. There are also thermal spas in these areas. Overall, it’s fantastic, but for ease of getting around, you’ll need a car. Public transport is available, and there’s a bus stop not far from the house, but getting to Ischgl by bus takes over 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem schönen Ausblick. Es gibt Minigolfschläger, Tischtennisschläger, Walkingstöcke und sogar Schwimmnudeln, die man sich ausleihen kann. Die Nutzung des Pools und der Saunen ist unkompliziert und sehr zu empfehlen! Und auch die Möglichkeit, gegen einen geringen Aufpreis einen Platz in der Tiefgarage zu bekommen, haben wir gerne genutzt. Vom Weißensee aus erreicht man leicht verschiedene Skigebiete und mit Kindern kann man in der Gegend viel erleben, vom Schlossbesuch bis zum Kletterpark, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Von der Verwalterin Tanja wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und sie war während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wij hebben voor de wintersport met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen gebruik mogen maken van de accomodatie. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en de woning is ingericht met kwaliteit meubels. Elke kamer is voorzien van rolluiken die het goed donker maken voor tijdens het slapen. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf is aanwezig. Je kan met twee auto's op eigen terrein parkeren. Het appartement zit op 10 minuten van Fugen en 30 minuten van Hoghfugen , Mayerhoven. Ideaal voor een ski vakantie. Supermarkten, bakker en restaurant zitten erg dichtbij. Ik zal er zeker nog een keer terug komen. Wij hebben ons super vermaakt en nogmaals dank voor het verblijf. zeker 5 sterren waard.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, perfect for a family vacation. The place was impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the terrace whit a very nice view. The location was ideal, offering easy access to hiking trails and local attractions. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable mountain retreat with family.

Katharina's place is amazing, a beautiful modern alpine apartment. You feel like you are staying in someones home with high quality appliances, a well stocked kitchen & bar. The apartment has high quality linens, tasteful furniture, Smart TV & Sonos sound system throughout the Apartment. There are board games, reading materials, interesting coffee table books. It is not like many short term rental without character and minimal, generic furniture. There is a small steam right by the bedrooms windows which you can hear with the windows open and makes for great calming white noise. The location is an easy 10 minute walk past restaurants and high end boutiques to the center of the village, a few more minutes from there to Hannenkammbahn. We will definitely try to stay at Katharina's place there next time we go to Kitzbühel

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Schwimmbad, Sauna, Spielzimmer waren perfekt für die Abende. Der Ort war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren zu fünft für ein Wochenende in der Unterkunft von Anna und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum Skigebiet Hochfügen sind es ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Sauna, sehr geräumige Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich!

Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, da sie unseren Ansprüchen mehr als nur gerecht wurde und der Gastgeber ein sehr sympathischer Mann ist. Die Lage der Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, dennoch kommt man schnell von A nach B. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gepflegt, sauber und bot uns genügend Platz zum Leben.

Hammer Unterkunft, mit wunderbaren Ausblick und der Pool ist auch super.
