Sehr schöne Einfamilienhaus Villa mit schickem Indoorpool. Alles prima, sehr zu empfehlen !

We stayed at Lilly and Rolf’s place together with our friends and kids and had a wonderful stay. They were very kind in letting us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with seasonal drinks and given great recommendations. Their place is a short walk to the subway and the accommodation is really comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

In der Unterkunft war wirklich alles wie online beschrieben. Alle räumen waren makellos geputzt. Klimaanlagen, Pool, Sauna, Kicker und Dart machen auch den längsten Aufenthalt super angenehm und abwechslungsreich. Das Sauna und Pool völlig uneingeschränkt genutzt werden können war ein riesiges Plus für unsere Gruppe. Der Außenbereich ist mit ausreichend Möbeln ausgestattet und es ist genug Platz sich diese so anzuordnen wie man möchte. Eine Kleinigkeit die ein wenig extra Aufwand benötigt ist die abgeschiedenheit zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist kein Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch das war ja von vornherein bekannt und auch nichts wofür Jürgen etwas kann. Fazit: Jeder Zeit wieder! War seinen Preis auf jeden Fall Wert (zu 6.).

Gaby is a phenomenal hostess. She lives close by and made sure that we were comfortable. She noticed that there was no steam from our outside exhaust vent and contacted us that the heat may be out. It was and our hot water was also affected. She fixed the problem before there was any discomfort and we didn’t even realize that there was an issue. She was also nice enough to bring her dogs by so we could visit with them and love on them. The home is charming and quiet. We visited in the winter so we didn’t use the pool but my wife and I loved the jacuzzi tub and used it nightly! There were many board games to choose from and a smart TV if we just wanted to relax at night. We didn’t see a bahnhof (train stop) in town and the nearest grocery store is in Rothenburg, about 5KM away. So you’ll need a car. I think there is a guesthaus down the road with a restaurant but your choices are very limited in the village. There are also many stairs so the house is not ADA compliant.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten die Unterkunft für eine Workation gebucht. Auch super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Pool und der gemütliche Außenbereich sind das absolute Highlight. Thomas war immer gut zu erreichen und hatte hilfreiche Tipps für uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder. (:

Die Unterkunft ist toll - sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und toller Ausblick ins Tal. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Außerdem ist man in wenigen Schritten in der Natur, perfekt, wenn man einen ruhigen Ort sucht.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich total gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, überall Seife, genug Klopapier etc. Astrid hat für uns sogar die kleine Zusatzwohnung bereitgestellt, so dass wir mehr Platz hatten. Vielen Dank! Die Lage ist auch top, man ist super schnell in Bamberg (auch mit dem Bus) und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind Bäcker und Supermarkt. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!

Jurgen & Judith’s place was amazing in every way. They have thoughtfully prepared each detail and are attentive hosts for the entire stay. The place was so cozy and welcoming, and was a perfect spot for us to celebrate Christmas as a family of 7. Judith helped with many recommendations and local ideas, as well as many thoughtful touches to make us feel right at home. this family obviously takes pride in providing an excellent place to stay, and they definitely succeed. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm and friendly place to stay near some gorgeous, walkable German forests.

Super verblijf. Heel mooi, groot appartement. Heel netjes en schoon. Alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. Lekker rustig.

Perfect space for two of us and two dogs. Very walkable with a cafe nearby. Easy drive to Ansbach, Dunkelsbühl, and Rothenburg. Heat during the winter stay was perfect, and the kitchen was well-equipped for home cooked meals.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus direkt wohlgefühlt: der wärmende Ofen, schöne Einrichtung... einfach alles vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage Auszeit benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, alles war sauer und ordentlich. Der Check-In war super flexibel und die Kommunikation hat super einfach funktioniert.

Jasmine and Ronny’s place was great. We stayed throughout Christmas and it was lovely. There was an issue with the water heater, but Ronny fixed it eventually! Many thanks once again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem idyllischen Ferienhaus von Martina. Es ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Von dort haben wir viele Spaziergänge in das umliegende Naturschutzgebiet gemacht, welches viele Vogelarten beherbergt. Es lohnt sich ein Fernglas mitzubringen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit Freunden bei Uta und ihrem Mann und waren begeistert! Beide sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz für vier Personen, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Unser Highlight war der Dauerbrandherd!

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern herrliche Tage in Serverins Haus verbracht. Wir hatte alle genügend Platz und jeder konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen. Das Haus ist blitzsauber, die Lage war schön ruhig, wir hatten einen herrlichen Blick von der Terrasse. Man kann direkt vom Haus los wandern. Prima, war auch die Nähe zu Bamberg. So konnten wir durch die wunderschöne Altstadt bummeln und auch unsere Tochter war zufrieden.

Belle salle de bain avec , outre la douche à l italienne une superbe baignoire, bien agréable après une randonnée en hiver! je recommande sans hesitation!

We were looking for a place for multiple people and loved all the private rooms, the multiple bathrooms and big kitchen. As a mom of young children I appreciated the forethought of the babygates on top of the stairs. 😅 The house was very clean and we are definitely saving this place for future visits to the Nürnberg area. We were impressed!

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Haus, welches sehr gut angebunden an Bamberg liegt. Teils noch renovierungsbedürftig, aber das hat nicht gestört und wurde auch so im Vorfeld kommuniziert.
