Wunderbare Unterkunft - ruhig, gross, herrliche Aussicht, mit Holz geheizt. Die grosse Wohn-Ess-Küche mit Living Room lädt wunderbar zum verweilen ein. Der Backofen, welcher mit Holz geheizt wird, funktionierte perfekt - wir haben ihn jeden Abend benutzt. Ein weiterer Höhepunkt ist der Hotpot (in der Nacht kann man die Sterne betrachten) und natürlich die Sauna. Für unsere beiden kleinen Hunde war der Garten ein Paradies. Zum nächsten Einkaufsladen, der alles nötige hat, ist es mit dem Auto gut 5 Minuten. Lukasz und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche war wie beschrieben. Flexibler und unkomplizierterCheck-in. Fragen wurden von Aleksander prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

We had the most wonderful time in the Villa Antoinette, the house is beautiful furnished in 1920’s style and has all the modern comfort you can wish for. Eddys is a great host super helpful, he knows how to please his guests. The surroundings are so beautiful.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut aufgeteilt und für 5 Personen wirklich perfekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Die Küche hat alles zu bieten, was man für einen Kurzurlaub in Wien benötigt. Aufgrund der Temperaturen mussten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen und es war leider teilweise etwas lauter auf der Straße, das kann einem aber überall passieren. Alles in allem ein gelungener Trip, gerne wieder.

eine Wohltat für die Seele Das Charlet ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! In Alleinlage, umgeben von Wald und weiten Feldern, kann man die Ruhe genießen und komplett abschalten. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst stilvoll und hochwertig gewählt und alles passt stimmig zusammen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Was wir für unseren Aufenthalt und zum Kochen, Entspannen und Genießen benötigt haben, war alles vor Ort, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Auch der Kontakt mit Markus war unkompliziert und freundlich. Zusammengefasst wirklich unsere bis jetzt beste Airbnb Erfahrung und einen Besuch vollkommen wert, nur weiterzuempfehlen! (:

Apartamento amplo, confortável e sustentável. 20 minutos de caminhada e você está no centro, onde estão a maiorias das atrações da cidade. Recomento o espaço da Lee.

Spacious apartment with a garden/terrace and an amazing location. It is the host’s own apartment and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Very nice neighborhood with several supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Very easy to get around on foot or by public transportation. Bus 13A and tram 49 stops literally outside the door and are very frequent. The U3 underground line is a a short walk away. The apartment is very quiet and remains cool in summer even when it is 35 degrees outside.

Mooi, compact en compleet appartementje. Verwacht niet dat je met vijf personen aan tafel kunt. Maar voor ons gezin van vijf en twee honden was het perfect. Half uurtje lopen van het centrum. Als je niet van lopen houdt, is het openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Fijne week gehad hier! En Armin is attent, snel en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader.

Bettina was exceptional she helped so much everything was no hassle for her. The local beer in the fridge from the brewery around the corner was a lovely touch! Highly highly recommend

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Wir unser Gepäck auf Anfrage auch schon früher in der Wohnung abstellen, allerdings hätte die Kommunikation hier klarer sein können. Siegfried hat zwar sehr schnell geantwortet, allerdings uneindeutig.

Espectacular estadía! Fue perfecto para nuestro viaje familiar, entrábamos todos perfectamente y muy cómodos. Viajamos con un bebé de 1 año y fue ideal tener una cuna, además había muchos juguetes y libros a disposición! La zona es muy buena. Tiene muchos cafés y restaurantes, y un supermercado se encuentra a solo media cuadra. Estás cerca del centro y de todos los museos. Los dueños siempre fueron muy amables y rápidos para responder nuestras distintas preguntas, además nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones. Recomendamos mucho esta casa para viajes en familia!! La verdad nos fascinó! Muchas gracias por todo!

Vielen Dank an David für den umkomplizierten CheckIn. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war auch super. Einfach vom Hbf erreichbar und auch super schnell im 1. Bezirk.

The best host I even encountered on Airbnb so far. Alexander was super friendly, nice. The apartment is very nice as in the description. Also had drinks and very nice Austrian wine waiting for me. I was traveling with my dog and even for him, there were 2 nice bawls with water and food to greet him :)

We loved our time at Anna’s apartment! It had a clean, minimalist esthetic, but it also had absolutely everything we needed for a weeklong stay. On the map, it may look a little far from the city center, but with a metro stop only 1/4 mile away, it could not have been easier. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and has the necessities (grocery store, coffee shops, bakery) nearby. Additionally, Anna was very gracious when our flight was delayed and we arrived extremely late. We enjoyed our stay at Anna’s so much that we are already trying to figure out when we can return.

Claudia’s places was fantastic. Very cozy and homey. Loved waking up to all the windows and views across the city. Beds were very comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets. The living room dining room area was a great place to hang out. The bus stop is literally in front of the house and Vienna has amazing public transportation. It was also a short walk to the city center. The neighborhood has lots of hip fun restaurants. We loved Maka Ramen. Be sure to make reservations though. There is also a grocery store right next door to the apartment which was super handy. We really Hope we can make it back to Vienna someday and stay at Claudia’s!

We stayed for 12 nights at Christa’s place and enjoyed our stay very much. Christa is welcoming, friendly and responsive. Her place is spacious, clean, uncluttered with a peaceful courtyard. Central location to shopping, bakery/cafe, restaurants and great for cycling. We recommend the area and staying at Christa’s place.

Alles wunderbar!!! Rudolf ist ganz hervorragend hilfsbereit und unterstützend bei Bedarf, ansonsten kann man in vollen Zügen die herrlich private Ruhe in der angenehm großzügigen Wohnsuite genießen, mit tollem Blick vom Salon in den direkt angrenzenden Garten mit Pool. Viel Grün, wunderbare Entspannung in hervorragender Villen- Gegend, nur wenige Meter bis zum Wald angrenzend an Lainzer Tiergarten. Und trozdem auch schnell in Hietzing mit guten Gastro- Möglichkeiten, Biobäckerei, Bio- Naturkostladen und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Rudolf

Very well located, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport - the centre and also the train station right next door. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Very clean bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Nice bedding and comfortable mattress. Well-equipped kitchen. The tv was not working however, and the instructions for the remote were also missing from the booklet available. The fan provided was very useful but it does need to be fixed to stand up straight. Accessing the apartment is well coordinated remotely, mostly via phone calls. Instructions are clear. The Airbnb host messaging could be more responsive. All in all, however, a very cozy and elegant setup. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. A special mention goes to the cleaners, who did a fantastic job. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and their attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. Everything was meticulously clean.

Die Wohnung ist sehr fein und großzügig eingeteilt. Sie ist sehr sauber und enthält alle wichtigen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Auch der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und groß. Die Gastgeberin Helga ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten es sehr lustig mit ihr. Die Lage ist gut gelegen und man kann die Wachau sehr gut erreichen. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und schönen Schlafräumen. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber man hat einen traumhaften Blick über Wien. Der Bus ist auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Familien Weihnachtsfest in Danielas Haus gefeiert und sie hat uns ihren Weihnachtsschmuck zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet viel Raum und Gemütlichkeit für ein entspanntes Familienzusammenkommen.

Zeer mooie locatie in prachtige natuur. Een huis met veel zorg en toewijding ingericht. Authentiek. Eenvoudig. Mooi.
