Die Einrichtung ist äußerst stilvoll und hochwertig gewählt und alles passt stimmig zusammen und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Was wir für unseren Aufenthalt und zum Kochen, Entspannen und Genießen benötigt haben, war alles vor Ort, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Auch der Kontakt mit Markus war unkompliziert und freundlich. Zusammengefasst wirklich unsere bis jetzt beste Airbnb Erfahrung und einen Besuch vollkommen wert, nur weiterzuempfehlen! (:

Die Wohnung mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche war wie beschrieben. Flexibler und unkomplizierterCheck-in. Fragen wurden von Aleksander prompt und freundlich beantwortet. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Amazing place and a fantastic host in Edi. He was in constant touch with us much before we arrive bed and ensured a perfect retreat for us. The service was par excellence and would highly recommend this for groups - family or friends.

Spacious apartment with a garden/terrace and an amazing location. It is the host’s own apartment and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Very nice neighborhood with several supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Very easy to get around on foot or by public transportation. Bus 13A and tram 49 stops literally outside the door and are very frequent. The U3 underground line is a a short walk away. The apartment is very quiet and remains cool in summer even when it is 35 degrees outside.

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for large groups, clean and very well equipped. It is close to the West Train Station and you can easily get there by tram or the metro. The host was very nice, quick communication, was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Definitely recommend it!

My sister and I had another comfortable stay at Phillip’s very clean, calm and well appointed apartment. First-rate, reasonably-priced restaurants, shops, supermarkets and open-air Rochusmarkt are within walking distance of the apartment. Large beds of tulips were in full bloom in nearby Arenbergpark where two WWII flak towers stubbornly stand surrounded by lovely Jugendstil apartment buildings that include Georg Berger’s Dannebergplatz 11.

Apartamento limpio, cómodo y muy tranquilo. También cuenta con varios supermercados muy cerca. Hay que coger transporte para llegar al centro pero hay tranvía, metro o bus.

Our stay at Bettina’s apartment in Vienna was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Bettina was incredibly responsive — she answered all of our questions immediately and even gave us a full tour of the apartment, making sure we knew how to use everything. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable for our group. Bettina went above and beyond by baking us a delicious cake and leaving us beer from a local brewery which was such a thoughtful and personal touch! She was also very flexible, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring Vienna without any stress. The location was perfect: quiet, peaceful, and conveniently close to tram stops that made it easy to get around the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Wir unser Gepäck auf Anfrage auch schon früher in der Wohnung abstellen, allerdings hätte die Kommunikation hier klarer sein können. Siegfried hat zwar sehr schnell geantwortet, allerdings uneindeutig.

Alexander is perfection. He is the most attentive host you’ll ever find. His love of Vienna was contagious and we found ourselves enjoying our time there because we were caught up in the palpable excitement Alexander radiated when speaking with us. His recommendations were on point and exactly what we needed to see and do. His air bnb is just as described. We felt as though we had come home after a long vacation and were catching up with a friend in the most comfortable place. I loved every minute spent in Vienna and I would love to return and would stay no where else. See you soon! - and thanks for the chocolates.

Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

Wir waren über das Wochenende das erste mal in Wien! Was für eine tolle Stadt und um so schöner war dann auch das Apartment, mitten im angesagten 7. Bezirk! Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplätze gibt es in den umliegenden (sauteuren) Parkhäusern, Restos und Bars ohne Ende! Das Apartment ist super großzügig, 3 Schlafzimmer, tolle Betten, sehr hell und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Claudia ist super nett und hat alles perfekt organisiert, vorbereitet und war immer ansprechbar und hat super schnell geantwortet. Danke noch einmal, dass wir unseren Hund dabei haben durften! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gutes AirBnB mit top Anbindung an den ÖPNV und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (beides ca 3 Min zu Fuß). Annemarie ist eine sehr nette und enorm hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand und uns sehr viele tolle Empfehlungen für unsere Wien-Tour gegeben hat. Der Check-In war auch unkompliziert recht spät (23:30 Uhr) noch möglich, da wir im Stau standen und die Kommunikation mit Annemarie war top - schnelle und klare Antworten in kurzer Zeit. Das AirBnB bietet genug Platz im großen Wohnzimmer für bis zu 6 Personen und die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Es gibt 2 Bäder und 2 WCs (außerhalb der Bäder). Wir können das AirBnB nur weiterempfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder nach Wien reisen.

We had a wonderful stay here. The indoor space is clean and comfortable, but the outdoor area is really special - the decking opens out onto the park, so you really feel like you are surrounded by nature, very private and peaceful. The pool is super, a good size so you can have a proper swim, and everyone we met was very friendly. We had many lovely walks, including a shady walk through Johannesbach Klamm, a walk up to Seebenstein castle, and our teenagers really enjoyed the cable car and mountain carts at Monichkirchen! I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Alles wunderbar!!! Rudolf ist ganz hervorragend hilfsbereit und unterstützend bei Bedarf, ansonsten kann man in vollen Zügen die herrlich private Ruhe in der angenehm großzügigen Wohnsuite genießen, mit tollem Blick vom Salon in den direkt angrenzenden Garten mit Pool. Viel Grün, wunderbare Entspannung in hervorragender Villen- Gegend, nur wenige Meter bis zum Wald angrenzend an Lainzer Tiergarten. Und trozdem auch schnell in Hietzing mit guten Gastro- Möglichkeiten, Biobäckerei, Bio- Naturkostladen und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Rudolf

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und schönen Schlafräumen. Die Lage ist ein wenig abgelegen, aber man hat einen traumhaften Blick über Wien. Der Bus ist auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unser Familien Weihnachtsfest in Danielas Haus gefeiert und sie hat uns ihren Weihnachtsschmuck zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus bietet viel Raum und Gemütlichkeit für ein entspanntes Familienzusammenkommen.

Wonderful place! Absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing and Michael and his family were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great for us. We would love to stay again if we were in Vienna in the future.

Das Apartment war simpel eingerichtet und Sauber und die Kommunikation mit Michael lief einwandfrei. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar schöne Weingüter und Restaurants und die interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle ungefähr eine halbe Stunde mit der Bahn entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Wien!
