Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

Really enjoyed our short stay! It was convenient and the apartment is clean, big and comfortable matching with the pictures. It is also very close to a bus stop for an airport shuttle.

The apartment was new, very clean and had everything that I needed. Overall, I was more than happy with my stay :)

I had a great stay for a few months! The space was very small, but having 2 separate bedrooms was ideal. Everything you need is inside. The place is modern and very convenient. In the cold icy winter, the place was perfectly cozy and warm. The landlord was so kind and helpful. Also, the area is a bit outside of the main city. However, for me, this was a perk! I loved walking around and discovering beautiful spaces. It is surrounded by mountains and quaint streams, and many small houses, away from the main street. It felt like you are outside of Seoul, yet Gangnam and Seoul Station are both an easy 1 hour metro ride away. I found amazing Italian, authentic Thai, and delicious handmade tofu restaurants all within 10 minutes walk. A CU is in the building (and a cafe, that has AMAZING egg tarts!) and small grocery store next door. The landlord went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

원하는 위치에 적당한 가격의 숙소였습니다. 일정에 차질이 생겨 예약일자 변경이 필요했는데, 빠르게 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다. 침구는 겨울에 쓰기엔 매트가 다소 얇다고 느껴졌고 곳곳에 머리카락이 발견된 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 추가로, 건물 자체가 낡아 내부 인테리어나 시설 등은 감안해주셔야 할 것 같습니다. 그래도 이 가격에 위치면 다음에 근처 일정 생길 때 또 이용할 의사 충분히 있습니다!

Our stay at Minhyung's place was great! The location was the best -- at the heart of Gangnam and close to the train station. The place was quiet, despite being in a bustling city, and was well-heated for cold winter days.

교통 접근성이 뛰어나서 좋았습니다. 그리고 유튜브와 다양한 ott를 자유롭고 큰 화면으로 선명하게 볼 수 있었습니다.

Ji Won was very helpful and patient since the beginning. it was my first time to Korea and was travelling with my mum so i wanted to find an accessible airbnb. Ji Won’s place was perfect. it was a short walk from the airport bus stop. the first 2 days there was extremely cold as there was a cold surge so the electrical blanket provided was really nice and kept us warm. our only small complaint would be the toilet. the insulation wasn’t the best thus cold air was constantly coming in and it was extremely cold so our showers were always short 😅 nonetheless the location was great as it’s nearby Changdeokgung Palace and Myeongdong was just about 20 mins subway ride. would definitely recommend Ji Won’s place.

숙소가 정말 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 침구도 깨끗해서 편안하게 머물렀습니다. 다만 병따개가 없고 휴지가 부족했습니다. 그래도 가성비 좋아서 재방문 할거에요~!

곤지암 스키장에서 매우 가깝고 차량주차도 2대가 가능해서 친구 커플여행으로 너무 편하게 다녀왔습니다! 식기류도 4인에 맞춰서 준비되어있고 설거지도 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있어서 찜찜한 부분 하나 없이 편하게 쉬었습니다~일회용 치약에 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 라면 4봉지에 넷플릭스도 사용할 수 있는게 진짜 친구 집에 놀러간거 같았어요ㅎㅎ 숙소 내에 부분부분 안내문이 잘 붙어있어서 헷갈리는 부분 하나 없이 잘 이용했어요^^

Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

Though the place is a bit far from the airport, but location is good on line 2. You can go everywhere by subway! And lots of local restaurants and convenient stores around! It’s very close to Gangnam district, I spent two days there. I would like to stay here next time coming to Seoul.

I had a wonderful stay at Inyoung's place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for my needs. Inyoung was a great host: very friendly, quick to respond, and made communication super easy. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

근처에 호수공원과 백화점도 있고 주변에 있을 건 다 있어서 편했어요! 숙소는 사진과 동일했어요. 침대도 폭신폭신해서 잠 자기 편했고, 뭣보다 청결을 우선시하는데 진짜 깨끗하고 좋았어요✩⃛( ͒ ु•·̫• ू ͒) 나중에 또 이용하고 싶어요!!

Great place, It’s the second times for me and it will be my next next time 😊. Host is so helpful, when I have a question, they always there to help every time. The location is good, many cvs around there and if you can go with bus, there is a bus stop right next to the building.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

결혼식때문에 지방에서 올라오는 혼주식구수가 많아서 에어비엔비로 이용했습니다. 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 숙소 너무 깨끗하고 편하고 운영하시는 사모님이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 서울로 접근성도 매우 용이했습니다.

호스트가 정말 친절하십니다. 인테리어 공사때문에 한달간 살았는데 필요한 요청은 즉시 해결해주셔서 편안하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 구축 아파트인 점은 감안해야 합니다.
