This homestay very comfortable and safe to stay even it's in 13th floor. Very convinced location to reach Georgetown. The homestay is very clean and tidy. Owner very friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

The location was in a great spot, super close to 711, cafés, and restaurants. It was nice and quiet too, which was a plus. The host was awesome-really responsive and gave clear instructions. The place itself was just okay, nothing special, but it matched the price. Overall, not a bad deal!

We have a blessed stay. The room was really comfortable and spacious. The facilities were good as there were a swimming pool, a gym, a place to play badminton and a playground. The room was provided with a refrigerator to store food items. One thing thar could be improved is the TV. The projector was a little blurry, and plus the voice volume was really low. But other than that, the movie selection was big. And there was a PlayStation too. we will definitely come back again

Great place to stay.. Great responsive and helpful owner

The host is very responsive, quick to solve my requests. The condo unit and the building are all very clean, the facilities are great. The only con is it's not very walkable to downtown area, and there is no decent restaurant within walking distance, the taxi ride is very cheap though. Overall is a great stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement était très confortable avec une vue magnifique 😍. La piscine, le sauna et l’aire de jeux pour mon fils, qui en a profité, étaient excellents. La piscine et la vue sont à couper le souffle. Je recommande vivement ce logement, qui était très propre et confortable. Site Er a répondu à tous mes messages et a été très réactive. J’ai reçu des recommandations pour les visites touristiques… Nous sommes ravis. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour inoubliable en famille. Merci pour ce très bon moment que nous avons passé. Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
