Perfect location and the host is very helpful. There is a power interruption during our stay and he assisted us by providing extension cord so that we can still access our wifi connection. Will definitely book again if ever will be back in Baguio.

Host is accommodating and easy to communicate with. Will definitely come back!

We had some hiccups during our stay but the caretaker, Merly, and Jocelyn were all responsive and quick to resolve it. Will stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dene Anne's place. It was cozy, clean, and cute. We had a great time exploring the multiple attractions in and around the city...amazing time! We will be planning to return, because honestly, we needed 5 more days to explore everything in the area. So much fun!

Stayed at Benjamin’s unit before and as always, it’s been a nice stay. Benj is also very responsive.

Ms. Jera was an amazing host—very welcoming and accommodating. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more convenient. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had a beautiful view. The internet connection was perfect for WFH guests like me, and the spacious parking and safe surroundings added to the overall comfort. Highly recommend this place!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over the holidays, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Hero and Tin are, without a doubt, the kindest, warmest, and most accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. We loved the fact that the place was 100% pet friendly! As a chaotic family with our fair share of inconveniences, we worried we might be too much to handle. But Hero and Tin's patience and genuine kindness put us at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel both welcome and cared for. Their hospitality is so exceptional that we couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed about our rowdiness! We will definitely be back (if they'll still have us, haha) and won't hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to friends and family. Thank you, Hero and Tin, for making our holiday truly memorable! 💕

Great place to stay especially if you want a peaceful area with a great view. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. There's free filtered water for drinking and full set of kitchenware. You'd definitely feel at home. Looking forward to coming back again

Pros: - HUGE PLACE for families and group of friends - Super PET FRIENDLY (we're able to bring all our four cats and one dog without any additional fee which is very rare!!) - Caretaker was very VERY ACCOMMODATING and was just a text away - Fast WiFi - Kitchen appliances and tools were available e.g. rice cooker, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator, utensils etc. - Free water refill - Clean towels were provided - Quiet neighborhood and has a great view in just a few steps - Has nearby restaurants and a convenience store Other things to consider: - Not commuter-friendly during the holidays since it's outside the city proper (taxis or jeepneys are occupied or full but can take chance on grab taxi) - Very steep road going to the property - Has no cabinets but has a changing room where clothes can be stored
