Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und hell. Man kann zur Fuß alle nötigen Dinge erledigen, drum herum sind genüget Möglichkeiten um etwas zu essen zu finden, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Der Hafen liegt sehr an der Unterkunft, am Abend einen gemütlichen spazierengang am Hafen ist ebenfalls möglich und man ist ganz schnell in bebek. Es gibt genügend Märkte in der. Und das wichtigste für mich persönlich war, der Herr Ozan jeder Zeit zu erreichen war, zu meinen Fragen habe ich in kürzester Zeit eine hilfreiche Antwort erhalten. Sollte ich nochmal kommen würde ich gerne erneut hier buchen.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!

Really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Great views and a generally calm and friendly area. Flat was exactly what it looks like in the photos: clean and inviting. The third bedroom is just wide enough to fit a bed but that was perfect for us. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, reaching out in advance to share details of how to get in. They also let us leave our bags in the flat later when we checked out so that we could have a day out in Istanbul before we had to leave for the airport. Would recommend.

Muhit, apartman, odadaki atmosfer ve detaylar sayesinde hep hatırlayacağım bir anı oluşturmamı sağladı. Antika mobilyalar ile modern dokunuşların uyumu sayesinde kendimi her iki dönemde birden hissettim. Özgün, konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi sundukları için Cem Bey ve tüm ilgili kişilere çok teşekkürler. Daha uzun vakit geçirmek için tekrar gelmeyi dilerim.

Evin konumu güzel. İstiklal Caddesi’ne çok yakın. Yalnız yollar biraz yokuşlu. Ev çok güzel, eski bir bina. Fakat hemen okulun yanında olduğu için sesli oluyor. Sabah uyumayı tercih edenler için iyi olmayabilir. Genel anlamda temizdi, fakat ara sıra odaya yoğun bir sigara kokusu geliyordu. Zevkli döşenmiş, küçük ama kullanışlı bir evdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Huseyin was very kind! He allowed us to check out 2 hours later. He was very understanding of our situation. There was a bit of confusion with rental units and other guests occupying the unit we were assigned but he quickly resolved it. Place is close to the airport which was nice because we were just stopping for the night before catching our flight.

Odamız oldukça temiz ve eşyalar düzenliydi. Tüm sorularıma hızlı yanıtlar aldım. Sunulan hizmet oldukça yeterliydi. Konum olarak çok güzel bir noktada, yürüyerek yemek eğlence yerlerine gidilebiliyor. Kadıköyde bundan sonra daima tercih edeceğim konaklama yerleri arasına girdi.

Beautiful seaside spot, very walkable with great restaurants and access to public transportation. We felt very much at home. Very responsive and helpful host as well. We would come back and stay again for sure.
