Renta de bed and breakfasts vacacionales en Bahía Ballena

I was looking for an escape into the mountains and didn't have a lot of time (or preparation) for major hiking. Mirador Valle del General offered nature trails and that beautiful view of the valley which was just what I needed for peaceful contemplation - not to mention the restaurant offers a lovely menu and lots of hummingbirds come visit while you're sitting enjoying the view. This was just what I needed for a night away from the coast.

Vibe única aleada ao espaço🙏 Recomendo vivamente para quem quer meditar nas primeiras horas da manhã olhando para os colibris, descansar no terraço após ter feito vários trilhos ali por perto, desfrutar dos sons das centenas de aves e das paisagens envolventes, conhecer as experiências de vida das pessoas que por lá passam, tomar um bom banho a 2 minutos num trilho privado na ribeira. Simplesmente local único que eu vivamente recomendo a 200%.

Stayed at Colette's place for 2 days. Unit is on the edge of the jungle so definitely expect a few insects to be found inside your unit. Private pool was amazing, The view of the beach is perfect! Worth mentioning that before booking the unit is in dominical... it is NOT. it is about a 15 min drive north of the town. Therefore, I would not recommend this unit unless you have a car.

Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed and good recommendations from the host (visit la Cusinga for a drink or food and enjoy the beautiful view and the walking trails around the property!). If you have a 4x4 and want a more quiet stay, I’d recommend this place!

I don't know if it's the location, the house, or Rick himself that amazed us the most during our stay. The house is absolutely stunning. The house was so beautiful that we canceled activities to have more time to relax in the house. Rick is one of a kind! He is very knowledgeable about many things, but most of all his humble and easygoing nature is a true example of the Pura Vida life. We enjoyed the heated pool at night as we gazed at the stars. Walking through the garden and picking ripe fruits was one of my favorite activities. Taking a bath during sunset while overseeing the ocean and forest will be a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. We saw plenty of birds and even a monkey. We didn't have time for it, but there is also a beautiful river tucked in a few minutes from the property. Waking up to fresh coffee and a delicious breakfast made our last days in Costa Rica just perfect. I can't say enough about this place. Do yourself a favor and book now. You'll thank me later

While advertised as a bed and breakfast, this is more of a hotel. Not a huge deal to me either way. Since there are no real street addresses in Costa Rica, we had a bit of a hard time finding it, since the pin drop on the map is not accurate based on where the location actually is. After stopping and asking a couple of local businesses, they directed us to the right place. It shows up on Google maps as La Posada Jungle for anyone driving there themselves. Other and that, our stay was absolutely fantastic. Every single member of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all respects. The rooms were adequate, based on what I expected. This is not a four-star hotel, and that was not what we were looking for, since we didn't spend much time in our room anyway. Complimentary breakfast is included with the stay. The greatest part of staying at this location, is the monkeys at breakfast every morning. They are quite entertaining. For the money, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff of this location are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile to make your stay the best. We appreciated the breakfast that was included and even had laundry service during the fist day of our stay. The location is right next to the national park and a pack of monkeys will give you a 6 am wake up call every morning. It was the highlight of our trip watching them from our balcony each day. The beach is a short walk away and absolutely gorgeous. Lots of restaurants in the area too. There were 5 people in our group and the location we stayed in was very spacious. It could use a little maintenance...a few lightbulbs were out or broken, mold is starting to grow in 1 bedroom above the bathroom door (poor ventilation). There is also no on-site parking and we were a little uneasy parking our rental in an alleyway but it all worked out. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and we would stay here again for sure.

Awesome place, stunning views with excellent service. Quick drive down the hill to the best beach. Road is steep but not entirely impossible with 2WD; excellent internet. Nice airy cabins with no need for AC. Will definitely return, thank you!!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Calle Jardin de Los Monos. Beau, paisible, accueillant, confortable TOUT y est! Teddy est tout simplement SPECTACULAIRE avenant et TRÈS serviable. Lettika est une personne de coeur et très attentionnée, ça se voit par tous les petits détails de la présentation au déjeuner, à la disponibilité des boissons, à la station de thé/café, à la déco. Dama qui s'occupe du déjeuner est magnifique d'ailleurs 3 choix vous seront offerts avec eau, jus, café et smoothie. La plage est MAGNIFIQUE, Vous pourrez y marcher des heures et est à seulement 2min à pied. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de voir sur place 2 Paresseux dont une avec son bébé, des Singes Capucins et des perroquets. Un EXCELLENT resto à proximité, le SUPPER CLUB (environ 42000 colones pour 2, entrée Repas boissons) la viande est cuit à la perfection sur charbon de bois. vous y retrouverai poisson pâtes et viande Je n'ai que de bon mots pour ce magnifique Rbnb je vous le recommande x1000

Lettika’s and Gijs’s B&B is a small piece of paradise. Beautifully landscaped, comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. Two minute walk from the beach and they provide you with a hammock or beach matt. We saw two sloths and a white faced monkey came to visit in the garden. Swimming pool is a big plus! Lettika and her staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots to see and do in a vicinity of an hour. Highly recommend if you want to get away from daily stress/routine!

If you’re coming to Costa Rica, this is the place to stay. Charlie and Jo were very helpful with activities and what to do. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. The views are very nice. I was worried about AC bc I am from Florida but honestly the fan did me just fine and it was not hot. The first time going up the mountain is scary but after the first time you’ll be fine. Charlie also guiding me up the mountain my first time and sent very detailed instructions on getting there. Staying here, you will be taken care of! I see why people extend there stays here

Belguin is an amazing human. She treated my friends and I with love and compassion. She is an excellent cook and very loving mother of adult children, retired school teacher, and community leader. Her home provided all the things we needed, including laundry, rest, and comfort. The home is in Platanillo next to a whole food restaurant that also sells natural medicine. It is also next to the grocery store. I plan to return the next time in the area to reconnect with her and her wonderful family. Pura Vida

We had such a relaxing wonderful time. Patrick and Annie were wonderful hosts, paid attention to details and made us some pretty unforgettable meals!! Perfection from start to finish !🤍

Heaven on earth ! This place is magical. Raul coordinated all our transportation as well as massages and a fantastic jet skiing experience. Beach is sublime and the food is mouthwatering. Great value ! 5 stars !

We had a great vacation in these apartments. Good breakfast with ocean view. Cozy terrace with hammock. Eva took care of all the necessary things that we were missing in the kitchen. The hosts helped resolve any problems that arose that were not related to housing quickly and efficiently. Easy access to Manuel Antonio National Park by car. We are glad we chose this place and recommend it to others!

The villa is the most beautiful place I have ever been. The view is amazing! Patrick & Annie are very nice hosts and very accommodating. We felt at home from the start. Our children loved the dogs Rex & Zorro, they are very well behaved. We hoghly recommend this accommodation and would come back immediately.
