Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

We had the best time, the place was very clean and well kempt. We felt right at home. The beach, restaurants, and shops were within shopping distance. The hosts provided clear instructions and recommendations.

Mario was amazing!! He helped us a lot and the pool was an extra bonus. He gave us a ride to the bus stop which was above and beyond our expectations. I would come back here again, he was a great host. Thanks Mario!!

Ke was a great host offering very good communication with an accurate description of Ixpan the unit we stayed in. Possibly being clearer about all the stair would be helpful to some that have difficulty with stairs. My sister and I did pretty well giving us a beautiful view of the area, greenery and the ocean in the distance. Thank you Ke for such a nice 3 night stay and all the help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luis' condo. It has an amazing location on the beach with a quiet vibe, and during our January stay, there was no huge rush for pool/beach chairs. We rented this particular unit for the patio, and it is indeed the most outstanding aspect of this condo. It is very spacious, and most of the time we spent at the condo was spent there. Wifi was good- note I did not require a lot of video-conferencing for work. There is a wonderful 4-station briquette grilling station close to the beach. The staff we met in the complex were all very friendly and helpful. The condo itself is clean, albeit a little tired. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, and the pull-out couches work well if you have more than 2 people. The coffee maker and microwave did not work when we first arrived, but Luis has 2 assistants that are very communicative, and although it took a few days to sort that out, we did receive replacements. We would definitely consider staying there again! Thanks Luis!

Beautiful relaxed spot with gorgeous views of San Pancho. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved Susana's place and would definately return. Highlights were the well equipped kitchen, lovely balcony (and views!) and comfy bed. The apartment was very easy to find (we caught a bus from Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita and then a cab from Sayulita to Pan Pancho) and we enjoyed being a little bit out of town as it meant we had a nice walk each morning to the beach (15/20 mins away). The walk was very straightforward and felt safe both day and night. It was a nice addition having aircon in the bedroom, which worked very well. Susana was always responsive via Airbnb with any questions we had and also let us leave our luggage after check out - which was much appreciated. She lives in the apartment opposite and left us to our own devices, which we appreciated. Gracias Susana.

I booked this place for my brother in-law when we were visiting for a friend’s wedding. The host was flexible, responsive, and helpful — and the unit worked great for what we needed it for. Would recommend!

First off the town of Sayulita is awesome. This place is right next to the town square so your kinda right in the mix of everything which was nice. The taco place Tacos Al Pastor is a 30 second walk from this spot and is fire. We ate there 4 of the 4 days we were there lol. Omar, our contact, was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I definitely want to come back.

Rob’s place was exactly what we needed to unwind in Sayulita. I love the punch codes to get in the front gate and the room to start. The room was perfectly clean on arrival. The pool and lounge chairs welcomed us after our long travel day. The king size bed looking out of the large screen door was beautiful. The gardens around the property were nicer than the botanical gardens that we paid to get into! The kitchen was fully stocked and outside on the porch that we sat out on constantly. The weather and temperature was perfect, so no need to use the A/C. Wifi worked great, even for FaceTime calls. There were excellent bands playing next door on Saturday night so we had free entertainment right from our balcony. I love the free use of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything is very walkable from this location. Thank you for everything!

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

This place was perfect! Very quiet and peaceful but also close to every great restaurant, bars, karaoke and the beach. Ruben was such a gentleman and sUuper friendly. I’ll be staying here again 100%

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is clean and the pool is awesome! You are a little farther from town but it is easily walkable and allows you to see parts that you might otherwise miss. Great staff and you have everything you need. It was an awesome place to stay and would likely stay again if returning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking if you don’t mind a bit of a walk.

The location was amazing even with the steps. Good for the body! The beds were confortable. And everything was clean and pretty! She also was a kind host.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The patio was a standout feature – it was exactly as photographed, with plenty of great shade that made it a perfect spot to relax . The host was extremely helpful and communicative, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. The location was unbeatable; we never had to take a cab as everything we needed was within walking distance. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Thank you Vaughn!

We stayed for 3 weeks in the condo with 2 couples. The location is good - there is a shuttle which can bring you around the Paradise Village area but only runs from 8-5. The condo is well set up for living. The patio and pool are great! If you can - purchase the beach club/sports club temporary membership. It is well worth it. Pickleball/ tennis courts/gym a block away (which is also where the shuttle picks you up). The beach club at Playa Royale is a great spot also. The beach goes on for miles!

My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bucerias at this condo. Maria and her co-hosts were good to respond to any questions we had and provided clear instructions to access the condo. The listing and pictures are accurate with no surprises. The building is fairly new and has 3 locks to open before you enter the condo so you will feel very safe. It is in a nice quiet area, with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 6 minute walk to downtown Bucerias. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. The 90 degree private plunge pool and outdoor dining table are great. The rooftop pool is nice and the ocean views from up there are beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to any other future renters. El lugar es igual a las fotos, está muy bonito, tiene muy buena ubicación y las áreas comunes son muy bonitas. Nos hubiera gustado que la alberca fuera climatizada porque está hermosa pero nos tuvimos que meter solo al jacuzzi por la temperatura del agua

Awesome location, spectacular view, and the place was perfect for 8 of us! I loved the patio with the pool below us. We used the rooftop pool and the 1st floor pool. It was easy walking in beach, excellent massages beachside, and loved the restaurants all so close. Communication with host was very responsive and clear. I would definitely rent this place again!

Exactly as advertised! Guadalupe was an excellent host who was always so responsive if we needed to connect. Within the Peninsula complex its a great location, beautiful views and the sound of the ocean from every room. The Peninsula grounds, pool, beach and amenities are all excellent. Also worth mentioning that the mattresses in every room were high quality and comfortable. We’d be happy to come back and would confidently recommend Guadalupe’s place to anyone.

Right on the beach. Condo offers only the pool/hot tub view. Nice balcony to relax on. Amenities: no stove, nothing to clean dishes with (we used the bathroom face cloth & hand towel), no paper towels (took a roll from laundry area), one set of 2 bath towels & beach/pool towels (no extras), no toaster (but they got us one when we asked for it), no cooking basics (no salt, pepper, oil etc), plate setting (2 bowls & 2 plates), plastic kitchen wear however if needed, blender (no big glasses for drinks, only 3 small juice glasses and 3 coffee cups), we suggested a small cooking pot would be useful and more hangers to hang our clothes (15). 2 burner stove top only & microwave. Good stay overall, studio layout worked well for us. Smart TV which was nice with owners login info. We enjoyed making our breakfast and eating on the balcony in the mornings. Walkable to all the restaurants but San Poncho is getting expensive to eat out.

Would definitely recommend this place, with Dave being from the USA it is much easier to communicate, it feels like a very safe neighbourhood and once he has the rooftop lounging area and outdoor kitchen, you’re gonna have one of the best views of the ocean in Sayulita Thanks, David Thor
