Tahia estuvo desde el inicio muy pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor. Amamos llegar a este lugar tan cómodo y bonito. Sin duda alguna deseamos volver, como familia comentamos que ha sido el lugar donde la mejor experiencia vacacional hemos tenido. La comodidad, la ubicación, las amenidades y el excelente servicio de los anfitriones merecen todo el reconocimiento!

Spencer’s place in Jaco is perfect, I’ve been to jaco many times and this was the perfect spot to be . It is peaceful and is 100 steps to the ocean . You can hear the beach break. It is also only a 10 min walk into town so you have access to all the restaurants and bars . The place was spotless, WiFi was good and the air conditioner worked really well. It was lush and spotless. Spencer was super accommodating and answered all my questions and even went out of his way to communicate. Incredible spot , will stay in the future and highly recommend Spencer as a host

This location was the perfect spot for our family! It was right on “the strip” of Jaco so was in a walkable distance to the restaurants but felt peaceful in its location on the beach. We loved going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The building has a guard so felt very safe for us traveling with our children.

This is a brand new, squeaky clean modern condominium with excellent security. The management team is fabulous they arranged transportation for us and everything went seamless. Neil allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. We rented beach loungers out in front on the playa from Jaco Surf School, so we could go from the ocean boogie boarding to the pool easily. The location is great and the underground parking was very secure. It was easy to move our gear up with a trolley and a shopping buggy to the apartment without multiple trips. The furniture is great, beds comfortable and air conditioning is great. Nice stay in Jaco. 👍👍

This property in Bajamar was nice and peaceful. The location is hard to beat. The Sand and Ocean as your backyard was very nice and peaceful. The Ocean isn't safe to swin in, but Sitting on the sand listening to the waves and watching the sunset is hard to match. The Home is very well spread out, with the bedrooms apart from the Kitchen and rancho were you can hang out and cook. If someone wants to sleep in or go to bed early, the rest of the group can be at the other part and not bother those wanting to sleep.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

Whether lounging by the pool, relaxing on the spacious deck, or taking advantage of the well-appointed kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and unforgettable beachfront escape, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

We felt like family immediately upon arrival. We met grandchildren, played cards and got lots of puppy love from their dachshund Hank. Our cabina overlooking the pool was spotless, well stocked with quality linens and a very comfortable bed. The home is beautiful inside and out situated on a quiet street steps from the beach.

Lara's place is fantastic - the condo itself was so nice, and this was the best appointed kitchen I have ever seen in a rental - they have everything! I would highly recommend this place to families, as the community is very safe, friendly and there is so much do to in this area. Can't wait to go back.

Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place in Bejuco. Her and her husband were incredibly communicative leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated the scenic views from the condo and watching macaws fly by in the morning as we drank coffee from the balcony. Away from the more touristy parts of the coast, we enjoyed coming back to the serenity of the condo after a day of exploring the surrounding areas. Would recommend for anyone seeking solace or a home base from Manuel Antonio.

I would have mounted the tv on the wall next to the wall where it was because it was really hard to watch from bed where it is now. Jean was very thoughtful and provided little extras that usually are not in an AirBnB and were appreciated. View was lovely and room was comfortable, great for a short stay. Thanks Jean!

We loved it here had 3 little girls with me and we felt very safe and they absolutely loved the pool made several friends and the beach, Grocery stores and several other activities were within walking distance or just a short drive away would highly recommend this place to other family’s

Great place for an extended vacation. All you need in condo. Beautiful beach 5 minute walk. A small grocery store ( expensive) and a few restaurants walkable. For an extended stay need a means a transportation as larger grocery store 13 km away and all other restaurants require transportation. We took bus and taxis. Pool area is very nice. A lot of returning vacationers in the complex so nice sense of community.
