Great stay at Tra’s place in Nha Trang! Everything was clean, comfortable, and as described. Would recommend to others visiting the area.

나트랑 시내에 머물려다 벌레 이슈가 많이 보여서 이곳으로 선택했는데 그외에도 전반적으로 마음에 들어 정말 잘한 선택이라 생각했어요. 버스도 바로 앞에 있어 시내까지 가성비 좋게 오갈 수 있는 데다 시내와 달리 한적하고 평화로워 편하게 휴식을 취할 수 있다는 게 마음에 들었어요. 진짜 한달 동안 바퀴벌레 한 번 안 나왔고 예쁜 바다가 식탁에서 바로 보여서 너무 행복했어요. 소통도 빠르게 되어서 불편함이 없었고 숙소도 청결했어요. 아파트 보안도 잘 되어 있는 데다 지문 인식 도어라서 열쇠 잃어버릴 일이 없는 것 역시 장점이라 느꼈어요. 바다도 가깝고 예뻐 바다 수영도 편하게 할 수 있었네요. 다음에 다시 오게 된다면 또 이곳에 머물고 싶어요~~ 정말 행복한 시간이었습니다 ! : )

Was given an "upgrade" to an apartment on the 39th floor, so obviously different from the listed photos. Magnificent view of the city and surrounding mountains. It was nice and breezy up that high but sometimes it could take a while to catch the elevator as it's a fairly busy apartment complex. It was very clean and had a balcony. I stayed 2 months and all was well for the most part. A few times the water and/or Internet went out, but it was never for very long. The bed is really firm which took some getting used to. You can hear the noise from clubs and hotel bars nearby if the balcony door was open but mostly die out by midnight. Communication with the host was excellent.

This is the best place to stay in Nha Trang, with many things being within walking distance, and the view is incredible! I highly recommend you stay here, I’ll be back with my family.

Большая красивая квартира, как в описании и на фотографиях. Вид на город и на море. До моря 2 мин. пешком. Огромный балкон почти по всему периметру квартиры. 5 кондиционеров, все работают. WiFi и телевизоры в наличии. 2 ванных комнаты с бойлерами, горячая вода всегда. Большие двухспальные кровати в каждой комнате. Есть парковка для скутеров. Расположение на севере города, не в центре, но в общем всё нужное есть, и море чище и интереснее чем в центре, в спокойную погоду можно поплавать с маской и посмотреть рыбок. Пляж в общем нормальный. Рекомендую.

I had a wonderful experience with Coral House Homestay, even though I accidentally booked the wrong date. Linh, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. She quickly assisted me with canceling the booking without any hassle, even though it was my mistake. Her understanding and support made a stressful situation much easier. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into making it feel like a true home away from home. I truly appreciate Linh’s professionalism and hospitality, and I look forward to staying at Coral House in the future!

Anne is so helpful everytime we need help. And the staying was great, the room is spotless and so cozy and location is close to the entertainment spots. Thanks Anne to help us get a very great stay in Nha Trang. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend!!

Alles super ! Super schöne Wohnung! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Kann ich wirklich nur sehr empfehlen. Gerade auch mit Kindern ! Toller Blick über die Stadt. Vieles in der Nähe Restaurant, Strand und auch für Kinder ein Rutschenparadies (15 min mit dem Auto ) entfernt. Wenn wir nochmal wieder kommen würden würden wir hier wohnen!

皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

The response from Linh are pretty fast. He is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were pretty amazing. One room has an awesome view and the other room has an Projector for Netflix and chill. There were small cons too, the drain for the washrooms was not proper so the water gets overflowed for sometime and the kitchen and utensils seems a bit worn and old which are manageable any how considering the price band. The Major plus point is the check-in and check-out timings. You have 24 hr check-in which is very great relief of our travel which we had issues at other locations. Overall it is an absolute go to and had an Comfortable stay.

The location is super good, in the middle of the city so everything is very close either by walking or by taking a grab, but in a tucked away little street so is quiet, you can have a nice rest. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful people. The apartment itself was spacious with an extremely comfy bed. The only downside was the wifi connection, weak and unreliable.

I loved my stay at Quynh’s place waking up to the view every morning was just so breathtaking and surreal. It’s a great location and has everything close by from restaurants to grocery store and everything else you may need. Quynh was an amazing host always super responsive and proactive from day one of me booking. Internet is great in the unit. Also offers cleaning for a great price. Would definitely recommend her place if you are staying in nha Trang for a day or several months you will absolutely love it. Space is also really big compared to other studio units I’ve stayed in.

Very nice two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with 4K TV, beach views on two sides, and balconies across the living room and both bedrooms, facing the beach, with the Vinpearl island resort visible in the distance. Internet was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment is in a hotel/apartment building in central Nha Trang, down a fairly quiet alley but close to lots of restaurants and half a block from the beach. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet for 200k VND. There's also a nice rooftop pool, although I didn't use it. Being in central Nha Trang, you can hear a little bit of motorcycle noise in the apartment, but it's not too bad — the half-block buffer from the beachfront helps reduce the noise. The mattress in the master bedroom is thin and too firm; the mattress in the second bedroom is much better. The host arranged for airport transfer at a good rate, and when I reported an issue with one of the showers, it was fixed promptly. Overall great place.

Very lovely stay at the apartment. Owner was quickly responsive any time I had questions or issues. Apartment was very comfortable with great views. Located right across from the beach and near large stores, lots of good restaurants. There's a small market right across the street for snacks, eggs, beverages, etc. Would recommend staying here.
