Beautiful view, great location. The host was flexible with our check in. It is best deal on the island. Very nice surroundings and the host was very friendly, she made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Thomas’s Villa was wonderful! The location is exceptional and close to everything, the view is incredible, and it is super comfortable. Love love love! Would have stayed longer and will be back again. I loved discovering this side of the island - gorgeous walks along the untouched coastline. A hidden gem! This villa is beautiful and you cannot beat the clifftop views when sitting at the table having your morning coffee 🙏🏼

We are impressed in every detail of this place- starting with super host Luca friendly& responsive, best view possible for the Island - you just can’t get enough of it, by the side with amazing pool. Felt like home, great equipped kitchen, nice living room and amazing bedroom. Everything as in pictures, only more beautiful in real life! Thank u and we will be your guests for sure again soon!

This place was absolutely perfect! My partner and I loved being so near the supermarket and right next to the beach. The house and outside area were both spotless and well cleaned every day. A total dream and for a good value in St. Barth’s! Patricia was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Highly highly recommend!

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and airbnbs in nearly 100 countries around the world, and this is by far one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. The unit is super cozy and cute, the AC worked, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, and best of all — those sunsets!! Truly one of the best airbnb apartments that exist on the platform.

The Villa Palmier, a french style cottage house, is perfectly located on the beautiful island of St. Barth. It is secluded and tucked away in the hills of Anse de Cayes with a great view down to the beach. The charming open style architecture with it's lovely artisan interior design together with a front side pool sourrounded by natural lush tropical plants is all you need to get you into that chilled caribbean vibe. Indeed Kate crafted a cosy home on this French island which brings the flair of the Rivera's Saint-Tropez to St. Barthélemy. Thank you so much Kate, for providing this oasis. We just loved it and would definitely return!

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!
