"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

My 10-night stay was perfect! Perfect location and very private. Host is extremely responsive. The house has extras like beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, etc. that help you to pack less. The location is wonderful and close to many nice restaurants and to town. I enjoyed putting the food outside at nightfall for Calico the outdoor cat who waited patiently for me to do so! Highly recommend this house to stay in!

Romario was a wonderful host. He met us to tell us about the accommodations and give us information about our stay. It's a spacious and comfortable unit with really nice appointments for beds and baths. It has some stairs to climb (but they all do! :)). Easy to get to other places on the island from this spot. We were on the island to explore, but I can imagine it being a great spot to relax and spend time with a group, as it has a really great rooftop entertaining area!

The house was incredibly beautiful with a wonderful location. The host was very helpful and wonderful to work with.

Great stay. If I was to change anything, it would be: warmer pool..I think because fresh water constantly circulates, it never has a chance to warm up.

Christophe was very friendly and when we got there he gave us a nicer apartment than were had booked, the one we booked didn't over look the ocean. We loved our stay. The bed was a little hard but we still slept very well. The AC works great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were wiped out in the storm but with the ocean so close, who needs a pool???

Tout était parfait ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’endroit était magnifique, propre, et bien équipé! Nous avions Thierry sur place pour nous aider. Il était très réactif et disponible. Je recommande !

Las Brisas water condo is a must for your stay on the island. The location is the perfect mix of accessibility and serenity. 1. Minutes from the airport but yet totally peaceful 2. Less then 20 min from the french side beaches and the French capital 3. Less then 20 minutes from the Dutch capital and all the shopping 4. Less then 10 min from Simpson bay, Cole bay and and most importantly maho beach. And on top of all of that you have the breathtaking views of the mountains and the bay. A perfect place to watch the sunset or watch the yachts dock and take off. We will revisit as many times as we can. The condo is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Thanks George for your hospitality and for your beautiful home.

Alix place is huge, very well positioned and has an incredibile view on the Bay. Alix and Diane have been great hosts and I’ll carry the stay at their place in my heart. Highly suggested!

Wonderful stay at Amy’s spice for life villa. Everything we needed was readily available. It was so nice being able to come home at night and throw on Netflix and relax just like at. Being close to two major beaches plus restaurants was very nice so you don’t need to rent a car but I highly recommend renting one so you can see the whole beautiful island. Just keep in mind the unit is right near bars so you will hear loud music until 2PM or later each night. If you are a light sleeper like we are, I highly suggest bringing a white noise machine to block out the city life if you go to bed early. (This has aspect is out of Amy’s control so I didn’t let it reflect the review of the place) Thank you Amy for being a wonderful host and offering a great experience to us!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Très bonne accessibilité du logement, bonne localisation. La plage est à 10min à pieds, nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

We loved the location and beautiful views from Oliver’s. We walked to the bakery every morning and the restaurants in the area were also walkable and very high quality food. Oliver was very friendly and checked in on us when there was a brief power outage. The space was very comfortable with all the expected kitchenware and more. It was very relaxing to be inside and have the 180 degree views and the breeze flowing through. We would definitely stay here again!
