Nos encantó la casa, está enorme, la Alberca muy bonita y útil para los niños, la cocina muy grande y equipada con todo, en general quedamos súper satisfechos con toda la experiencia de la casa, nos quedamos 4 noches y todo fue excelente, suficiente agua, nos alcanzó el papel, tienen lavadoras , todo estuvo perfecto, muchas gracias a Agustín por ser tan amable en todo, gracias infinitas esperamos poder volver a La Paz algún día, y rentar la misma casa que está increíble

La verdad quede muy contento con el hogar, muy amable los dueños y perfecto la ubicación. Tenía pendiente que mi camioneta no cupiera en la cochera pero está muy amplio el lugar. Muy lindo servicio y por seguro rentaría de nuevo.

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My bed was really comfy and the room was nicer then the pictures showed. The owner, his family and the other guest were fun to be around. We had an occasional line for the coffee maker when I finally managed to get up, but it was really nice to have other like minded travelers around to compare notes with. There's a little fish market a few houses up that had great fresh fish and a little market on the other side of the street a block away for tortillas, eggs and avocados and other small things for cooking. I suggest ear plugs for some of the evening and morning noises but I have no complaints and look forward to staying there again.

From before we arrived Barbara and Manilo were easy and quickly communicative! Gave us easy to find directions and even accommodated us with our early arrival by offering to hold our groceries and directing us to the beach club! The beach club and pool were both amazing! Honestly worth the stay for that alone. The house was cleaned daily and was a short 10-15 minute drive to Malecón/downtown area! WiFi was great quality and honestly we would not hesitate to rebook the same stay in our next trip to La Paz! If you’re considering saving a bit and doing a hotel instead, don’t and book this airbnb you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for allowing us the most amazing stay!

excelente lugar para disfrutar de tu estancia en la paz, tiene todo lo que pudieras necesitas a tu alcance, a una cuadra del malecón y rodeado de restaurantes y bares en los cuales puedes pasar un rato agradable.

Fantastic host family, with a location central to La Ventana. Right next to playa central and so easy to access a good launch, as well as restaurants and other services. I’d stay there again for sure and, like any place near there, would definitely remember my earplugs. ¡Muchísimas gracias a Juan David y su familia!

This spot was really clean and had everything you could possibly need for a Cabo’s trip. It is on the outside of El Madano which is the like the downtown of Cabo’s but nonetheless the beach was right next door. It was really peaceful and felt safe I would definitely come again.

The host was very responsive and accommodated our needs very well. The condo was nice and quiet we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. Great location on Sandy Beach. Resort and nearby area were all great. Good price and an ocean view from the balcony. Quick 3-5 min walk to the beach. Jovanny was great with communication. Stayed in touch to make sure we checked in with no issues and that our stay was going well. Very quick responses. We recommend this place!

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. It was very comfy, tv and Wi-Fi was great. My daughter and Hubby were so happy that they were able to watch the soccer games with no problems. And as family with college students, we were happy with the great wi-fi!! We loved that it was close to beach and definitely so much room! The only thing that we were not happy with, and this may not matter much to other people, was the pots and pans. We like to make our own meals sometimes, but the pots and pans were so damaged, it was impossible to make a decent meal. Not even a good knife to chop vegetables or fruit! But overall, we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Jovanny, for a great vacation.
