Fantastic location, beautiful view and wonderful place to relax after time on the water. There are 3 rooms but 1 room is downstairs and 2 are upstairs and not connected to the downstairs living area. It worked great for a family with teenagers but may not be suitable either younger kids. I recommend Dustin’s and hope to return one day! We loved our time there.

Great place to stay. Paul is the best host I've ever met when using Airbnb. The house was just like in the ad. Really nice place. If you're looking for privacy, this is the place. Close to beautiful beaches where you can even see whales near the shore. You can walk or go in your car. There are really nice, friendly neighbors. Near restaurant and store. We will totally be back.

We found this place easily, check was also easy. This was good value for your money. Would like to see the bathroom cleaner. But still great experience. Thank you

I would highly recommend this place. Everyone was so very nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anybody and would go back!

Graciela is an awesome and very responsive host. She provided everything we asked her and was always willing to help. Her place was great for our month-long stay with two toddlers. Big private backyard with trampoline and grill kept the kids happy and safe, gated entry / carpark also very convenient. It's next to a car wash but they close by 5pm and Sun, it wasn't an issue with noise whatsoever for us. Laundry service is next door (free), it's a lovely couple that lives in the neighborhood and it was nice getting it back folded up (sometimes same day, but always within 24 hours). Pretty walkable to water / Malecon (~10 min to the start of the boardwalk) and lots of places to eat nearby. Taqueria Felix is great (awesome tortas), Tacos El Chino for tacos (al pastor is great), and a good Italian spot walking distance (Casa Madre). Close to Oxxo's / coffee shops, too, very convenient. Would stay here again 100%. Gracias, Graciela!

Great place to stay that we thoroughly enjoyed. Yazmin was extremely responsive and regularly brought us chips, salsa, beer, etc which was a nice surprise. She even let us use one of the cars for a day trip we wanted to take to a beach further north. The only issue we ever had was the fact that the water pump was very loud during the day. Yazmin was nice enough to let us turn it off at night so we couldn't hear it when going to sleep. Perfect location and short walking distance to the malecon!

We stopped over for a night on our last minute trip back to California from Todos Santos. Jeffrey was quick to respond to my question and we booked immediately. He was very kind, and the directions are very easy to understand. The community is lovely, clean and safe. We had our truck with 6 months worth of belongings inside and felt comfortable with parking outdoors with the security at the community. The place is comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time there. It's outside of the centre but a good neighbour. The house is spacious and we had everything we needed. Glenn was very helpful and replied within minutes.

We loved the house! Better than pics! Shaina was an amazing host and helped make our trip super special! We will be back!!!!

Steve promptly met us at the gate for check in and orientation-- friendly guy and ready to help. The unit was as comfortable as expected. King size bed upstairs, pull-out sofa downstairs. Plumbing has great water pressure and proper drainage, new smart tv and new refrigerator work great, AC / heat pumps upstairs and downstairs keep the entire unit consistently cool.

What a beautiful studio condo! It’s exactly as described. I’m a solo female, it was my first time to Cabo. This place met all my needs; big comfy bed, shower, TV, desk, full kitchen with big fridge, filtered tap water, but the best parts were the beautiful views and the safety I felt. I would return again! And likely will in the coming year. This condo made my trip perfect.

Casa Chula was just as advertised, very clean, modern and had everthing we needed. Excellent shower as well as an outdoor shower, laundry facilities ect…Loved going on the rooftop at night and star gazing. Jennifer couldn’t have been nicer in helping us get settled and was available for any questions we had.

Casa Verde is INCREDIBLE!! From the decor, to the beautiful garden, to the very comfy beds!!!!! Each room has a king size bed! We have been coming to San Juanico for 15 years and this place is by far our favorite place we have stayed! They have decorated the inside so cute and hip and it is extremely comfortable. The walled in garden is perfect for your dogs, your boards and the car. They have board racks to put your boards, and store paddle boards. The home is in a great location to walk to ponga beach, walk to check out first point and walk to the restaurants or town. Jamie was always responsive and helpful!!! We rented both the studio and the main house. They were both amazing. The house has solar power and starlink wifi. There are beautiful views and breezes from the top patio. If I could give it 10 stars I would!! We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

We stayed at Rhoda’s place for a month. We would have stayed longer if it was available! The place was super comfortable, clean and well thought out. The kitchen had everything you could think of, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in, the views were fantastic. One of my favorite memories was waking up and seeing the full moon right from our bed! The stars were also amazing. We totally enjoyed the outside patio (living room) reading in the hammock, watching sunsets, and whale watching! The place even came with a boogie board, beach chairs and umbrella you could take to the beach if you wanted. It’s located a short walk to a beautiful beach. We loved our morning walks on the beach. Rhoda was extremely helpful and responsive from the very beginning and throughout our stay. She took the time to meet us and personally show us around. It’s obvious she takes pride in her place and it shows. Thank you Rhoda and also Farmer Jay, who we luckily met. Wonderful folks!

We had a wonderful short stay at Casita, it was very peaceful, the birds in the garden were a delight and the whole experience left us wishing we had more time to enjoy the National park and all it had to offer. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Our first time to Todos Santos and we can’t wait to book again at Steve and Marlie’s place. Unfortunately the owners were out of town on our visit but the manager Ernie and their pool guy helped us with everything on site. Prior to our arrival our communication with the owners was amazing. Everyone of my many many questions were answered! The house and view were stunning. Due to a national propane shortage the pool was unable to be heated…with the proper amount of tequila we didn’t notice the chilly waters at all! Sure it would have been great to have a warmer pool but when life gives you limes and lemons make margaritas!! The house dog was so sweet and she actually barks upon anyone entering the property. Great guard dog. I rented a car at airport and drove in. Suggestion: take few screen shots of satellite map on your phone(there pool is unique) and you won’t have a issue locating the house upon your arrival. Oh and speed bumps are not painted in Todos Santos….go slow on way in until you learn the spots! Overall….5 stars!!!

Very safe, clean, comfortable, and beautiful stay! The concierge was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy so my group could relax and enjoy the community amenities. Would recommend and would stay again

We had an incredible stay . Whit was extremely responsive and helpful. The house and amenities created a relaxing environment away from all the hustle. We did not have a car but the host went out of their way to stock the house for us. 10/10 would recommend.
