Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Très bon séjour à Nice dans cet appartement. Le logement est vraiment très agréable et sa localisation idéale pour découvrir Nice. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nicolas a été très disponible et flexible. Je recommande cet appartement.

Sono anni che andiamo a Nizza. Questo alloggio è’ il migliore in assoluto. Ristrutturato e arredato con gusto e logica funzionale: perfetto!!

l'accueil chaleureux, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour son emplacement pour la fête du citron au pied du logement, tout à disposition, quartier calme , tout pour passer un très bon séjour. encore merci à aymerick et Ninon.

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, bei Linda zu wohnen, und es war eine aussergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Linda ist die Inbegriff einer perfekten Gastgeberin – warmherzig, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Ihre Unterkunft in Nizza ist nicht nur gemütlich und sauber, sondern bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Linda ging weit über das Übliche hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat grossartige Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sich immer Zeit genommen um etwas zu erklären. Ihre Gastfreundschaft machte meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich und war ein echtes Highlight meiner Reise. Es ist kein Wunder, dass Linda den Titel „Superhost“ trägt – sie verdient ihn absolut! Ich kann sie und ihre Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder bei ihr zu Gast sein zu können.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Un grand merci à Lauren pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L’appartement était parfait, très propre, une très bonne literie, bien placé et décoré avec goût. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Amazing apartment, but unfortunately we couldn't stay, because we like absolute quiet, but there was near bar, closes 23. But our child sleep graphic is 20.00 . But step aside that, amazing apartment and amazing owners.

Der Aufenthalt bei Francois war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Lage war traumhaft, direkt in der Nähe von der Shoppingstrasse und von der Promenade. Restaurants, Bäckereien und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sicher und hatte alles was man braucht, der Balkon war super 🌞 Vielen lieben Dank!😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🤩

Schöne Wohnung mit schöner Sicht auf den Hafen von Monaco. Ideal Lage für Sigthseeing in Monaco. Cristina war sehr gut erreichbar für Fragen und Abstimmungen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric. Bel immeuble de plus d'un siècle, cosy et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Réseaux de transports en commun proches. Eric s'est montré réactif et disponible dans nos échanges. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet appartement à nos proches. Corinne et Pascal

Fantastic apartment for visiting Monaco or spending time in Beausoleil. So close to everything and the apartment is comfortable, clean and secure.

Хорошее жилье в самом центре Ниццы. В пешеходной зоне, рядом все магазины и рестораны. До набережной 2 минуты пешком. Хорошо укомплектована кухня и очень приятный бонус в виде джакузи:)

Beau logement Le propriétaire très réactif au questions et respectueux , c’est très agréable la Plage est à 2 min à pieds, transport à proximité et agréable encore merci je recommande fortement au personne qui souhaite venir à Nice c’est très bien situé et il a tout autour ou à quelques minutes pour du shopping, manger etc … je valide ☝🏾✅

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰

Excellent appartement en plein Nice très pratique et fonctionnel

Alloggio spazioso, luminoso e pulito. Fornito di ogni confort e accessorio. Il terrazzo ed i due garage rappresentano un bel valore aggiunto. In 20 minuti si è a piedi in centro, la zona e comunque fornita di molte attività commerciali. Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta in modo tempestivo.
