apartment was in prime location with access to supermarket and all tourist spots in Baku.. it was a nice apartment with all the facilities.. Good place for family to stay

Evde her şey düşünülmüş temizlik ürünleri mutfak gereçleri dolaplar yeterliydi. En ufak sorumuza çok hızlı yanıtlar aldık. Evin konumu harika her yere çok yakın diyebiliriz. Birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Balkonun manzarası harika. Biz ailecek gittiğimiz bu konaklamadan çok memnun ayrıldık.

This was my first time booking an apartment through Airbnb, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! The apartment matched the photos perfectly—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was polite, extremely helpful, and consistently available throughout my stay. She went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and welcome, and her kind, attentive attitude truly made a difference. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

This is a great apartment in the center of Baku, right next to the Caspian Sea embankment. Across the street there is a large comfortable park, which is very pleasant to walk in, and a beautiful promenade. There are many incredible gourmet restaurants and coffee shops where you can have a snack. I had problems with hot water, but the owner quickly solved them. Thanks to this place and the owner!

Huseyn is an amazing host. He remained in contact from the time I arrived at the aiport until I checked-in. Very friendly and proactive. I am glad he entertained my request for early check-in/check-out. Apartment was clean and basic stuff like handwash, shampoo, dish washing liquid was provided. Would highly recommend Huseyn's place. Lydia's place is situated right at the center of the fountain square. The apartment was lovely with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. It was spic and span with very clean bathrooms and kitchens. The host was very responsive and approachable. We really enjoyed our stay at Lydia's apartment and certainly recommend to others.

This place is clean and neat.. It is just as in photoes.. It has great positive vibe... It has great amenities like - huge TV, comfortable mattress, heating system, washing machine.. Decor of the appartment is simple and positive.... Now, this appartment is in between old part of the town and new (white city).. We walked to white city and checked a lot of restaurants, then we walked to seaside boulevard... I recommend this place for booking...

I would like to thank to Tamerlan for making my trip to Azerbaijan enjoyable. There were a couple of issues, one of which was a not so accurate address listed on Airbnb during check-in. To avoid any confusion, make sure to contact Tamerlan for the exact block name so you can find the correct location it’s Block 9, down the cul-de-sac. We encountered a few issues, such as noise from the neighbours children banging and shouting and some problems with the gas not working. However, Tamerlan went above and beyond to resolve these issues quickly and ensure a comfortable stay to the best of his ability. He is a very welcoming, friendly, and open-minded person who is always ready to help and meet new people.The flat itself is well-equipped for long-term stays, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. It’s only a 10-minute walk (at most) to the metro. Additionally, there are multiple corner shops and supermarkets walkable from the property. Thank you for everything!

I stayed at Jamal's place during the UNFCCC COP29 period. All the hotels were at exorbitant prices and then I found Jamal's place. It is centrally located and walkable to busses and metro. It was a perfect stay. He has kept a loads of linen for my two week stay. It's a nice neighbourhood with a convenient store on the ground floor. Moreover, his communications were so effective and fast. He ensured that I reach the place without any hassle. Everything was ready for me to check in. The kitchen and the bathroom is with all the required amenities. Check-in times were so flexible. It is highly recommended place if you visit Baku. You can read to any location easily from here. Security of the place is very high too. Keep up the good work Jamal and I am sure the visitors will love your hospitality and the place.
