The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment was very close to the center which is great! At first we didn't realize that we would be split into two apartments, but in retrospect it was great. In the lower apartment we had one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, which served as our common area. Great layout)) The apartments were clean, tidy and comfortably furnished. When we arrived the beds were already made, which was of course great after the long flight! Also their offers for transfer, and info about restaurants etc, transportation cards and to have some wine options in the flat were so thoughtful, thank you! All in all a very nice apartment with a great location. It is both quiet in the apartment and close to endless activities in the center! For our next time, we would choose this place again!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs in Istanbul and in one of the most popular neighborhoods. Cinar is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

We loved this Airbnb. The place is clean and comfortable. The employees were helpful and spoke English. There are two places to eat in the building. The pool, sauna, and steam room are fantastic. There is also a nice gym. The location was great. This apartment has a balcony facing the street which the better view. There is a small soccer field across the street. It is fun watching the soccer players. There are some steep hills to get to the tourist area. We enjoyed the slightly challenging walk. It would not be possible for anyone with walking issues. Istanbul is a great experience.

Berk is such a lovely host! So helpful and was always there if we needed anything at all. The place itself was lovely, close by to everything and clean with extra supplies if if we needed anything :) would definitely come back

Beautiful atmospheric home, just like the photos. Roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and the Golden Horn. In the mornings you could admire the sunrise. The house has radiators installed so we had no problems with heating. There are lots of cats around, chickens and turtles in the neighboring yard. I think this is the most cozy and colorful accommodation in Istanbul.

The best thing about this place is the staff. I found each and every one of them very responsive and keen to improve or resolve any issue I raised. Let's face it, not every thing can or will be perfect everywhere you go, and we view things through our own lens, so flexibility is needed. They promptly resolved all issues raised, for example the lamp on the right side of the bed didn't have a pull chain, so it couldn't be turned on. Fixed! Kitchen pans were heavily used and scratched. They replaced those immediately. They enthusiastically invited feedback to improve. The bed was top notch comfortable! The furnishings are a bit worn and outdated, but very clean and still very comfortable. A local restaurant recommendation was also a superior experience for my first meal ever in Istanbul. On my departure, they were able to accommodate a late check out, which was so helpful for my travel transition day! All in all, I found BayMari Suites to be wonderful experience and exceptional value!

This place was absolutely beautiful with outstanding views of the marina. The host was brilliant from start to finish. The apartment had everything you could ask for meeting all basic needs!!
