The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

I loved Işıl's apartment. it was a last minute booking and she responded immediately and worked around my check-in and check out schedules which I was very grateful for. I stayed on the top floor which was perfectly decorated, extremely clean with lots of great light. Işıl gave me a little intro walk around the neighborhood which was lovely. The apartment is close to shops and restaurants and public transportation is a lovely 10 min walk away. I will definitely come back and stay here again and for longer next time .

Volkan was a great host. From the very beginning, he gave clear instructions on how to navigate from the airport as well as how to avoid scammers. He was also kind enough to give us an itinerary of things to do. Locally, everything is located right near the property. Literally, it's a five minute walk to most of the tourist attractions. I enjoyed my time there thanks to Volkan and his great hospitality. Additionally, for about the same price as a taxi, he organized transportation to the airport. Bravo!

Excelente alojamiento, posee todas las comodidades necesarias, ubicación increíble, anfitrión siempre atento y muy servicial. Guardaron mi equipaje sin problema durante el día para que pudiera seguir paseando. Absolutamente recomendable

Квартира расположена в очень удобной локации. Недалеко от станции метро Таксим. Рядом достаточное количество кафе, ресторанов. Квартира рассчитана на большое количество постояльцев, так что проживать с семьей из 6-7 человек не будет проблемным. Если планируете брать авто на прокат, заранее предупредите хозяина квартиры и он забронирует место стоянки для вашего авто, но ниже по улице есть платные стоянки для авто которые работают с 07.00 утра и до 21.00 вечера. У нас проблем со стоянкой автомобиля не было. Рекомендую данную квартиру как для короткого, так и для длительного проживания. Мы с семьей прожили 15 дней.

Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage. Nur zu empfehlen! Auch die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut und schnell. Würden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Für unsere Unternehmungen war sie in einer perfekten Lage. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit der Metro war es möglich seine Ziele zu erreichen, was sehr viel wert ist. Auch wenn die Lage in einer abends sehr belebten Gegend ist, hörte man von all dem nichts mehr, sobald die Fenster zu waren. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würde sie für eine nächste Reise nach Istanbul wieder buchen.

Excellent location and a great neighborhood. Many cafe’s, bakeries, coffeeshops and restaurants in direct vicinity. Taxi’s and Uber are available 24/7, but it is also very walkable. The place is spacious and cosy. Looks just like the photos. Wifi works great. It felt like a home away from home. Suitable for longer stays, because it has a full kitchen and a washing machine. It also felt very safe, because the entrance door of the building has a keypad lock and there are cameras in the hallways of the building. The hosts are friendly, helpful and responsive.

We had a very nice stay at Farouq’s place during our weeklong visit to Istanbul. The apartment was very clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient - within a 10-15 minute walk to many of the historical sites with many grocery stores and excellent restaurants close by.

Lovely place and very centrally located. We walked everywhere! Place was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Few things to note: it’s a 3rd floor walk up which is was fine for us but may not be small child or old people friendly. There is a loft space that was a little scary with kids but ok for grown ups. Hosts were very responsible and accommodating!

Alles war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und jeder sehr freundlich. Bahnverbindungen waren alle schnell zu erreichen und auch zu fuß war alles andere zu erreichen. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

The apartment is wonderful! Spacious, clean. In a quiet area in downtown. You can find anything you need inside. Location is awesome! In a few min walk there's a supermarket, restaurants, gym. Communication with the host was excellent! Definitely would recommend!

This place is truly worth the money—I'd even say more than that. Everything looks exactly as shown in the photos. While the space is a bit small (which wasn’t an issue for us but might be for others), it offers great value. What We Loved: Perfect Location – The room is ideally situated, just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, yet it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful. Clean and Well-Maintained – The room was spotless and well cared for. Thoughtful Touches – The host pays attention to small details that make a difference. I was pleasantly surprised to find an adapter for Asian to European sockets. Neat Outdoor Area – The surroundings were clean and well-kept. Room for Improvement: Dining Table – It’s quite small, more suitable for one person rather than a proper dining setup. Noisy Exhaust System – If you plan to cook, keep in mind that the air exhaust can be quite loud. Broken Sofa – The sofa is not in great condition and isn’t comfortable to sit on.
