The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Tage mit der Familie. Alles war perfekt, nur gab es ein kleines WLAN-Problem, das mit einer allgemeinen Störung in der Region zusammenfiel, als wir ankamen. Abgesehen davon gab es vor der Villa ein Beauty-Salon, Spa und alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Wann immer wir Hilfe brauchten, bekamen wir innerhalb von Minuten eine Lösung. Wir hatten das große Glück, auf so hilfsbereite und freundliche Menschen zu treffen. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

I recently had an exceptional stay at Khayyam's place. He was incredibly helpful, ensuring every aspect of my visit was comfortable and seamless. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease due to his warm hospitality and clear communication. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, offering quick access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

I stayed for 5 days, and my experience was wonderful. The host, Gunel, was friendly, caring, and very responsive. She also arranged airport pick-up and drop-off, which was a great convenience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to the city center. I felt safe throughout my stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

It was a great weekend stay. Eynar’s house has everything you need to relax and feel like at home.

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Hatem is one of the most hospitable and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered. His communication is fast, and he’s always ready to help with anything we need. The apartments are spotless, comfortable, and located in a great area. Throughout our stay, we truly felt at home. If you’re looking for an excellent accommodation experience in Baku, I highly recommend Hatem’s places. We will definitely come back!

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is comfortable for both short and long stays. Everything you need—supermarket, pharmacy, gym, and cafes—is right in the building. Big thanks to Sabina for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for five days, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and a balcony with Nizami Street view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, which made cooking very convenient. What truly stood out, though, was the host, Elyar. He was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Elyar goes above and beyond to ensure his guests are comfortable—whether it’s answering questions or helping out with any special requests & off course free pick up & drop from the airport. His hospitality really made this trip memorable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Baku.

Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

We are very thankful and grateful to have and choose this apartment and host Mr. Huseyn. We had a best host so far as travellers because Mr. Huseyn allowed us to checked in early and checked out late since out flight get delayed for 2 hours more, he allowed us to stay until 5pm and yet after knowing our flights delayed he adjusted again and allow us to stay until 7PM. Also the whole apartment is clean and comfortable to stay, he also responsible and responsive host that will reply and help you when you chat him. thank you so much Mr. Huseyn for letting us stayed with lots of peace of mind and wonderful experienced here in Baku, Azerbaijan. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig, viel Platz überall und alles war sauber. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher , es gibt Supermärkte in der Nähe und die U-Bahn-Station ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Khalid ist ein guter Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist hilfsbereit

Located in the Old Town, the flat is in a quiet area, especially at night. But step outside the mediaeval walls, and you’ll find yourself in the midst of a lively, bustling city. It can be a bit tricky to find at first, but once you do, navigating back is easy. The host was readily available and helped with pickup and taxi arrangements. Plus, the WiFi connection was strong and reliable. There's also a shared workspace recommended by the host (8 manat per hour), which is just round the corner, with free coffee.
