I stayed here with my mom, and we both loved it! The apartment is the perfect place for skiing and relaxing. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and had an amazing view of the forest from the window – so many trees and such fresh, clean air! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of shampoos and other essentials. What I loved the most was the location – it’s so convenient, just steps away from the ski lifts! We were really happy with our stay – the perfect balance of price and quality. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay at this apartment and enjoyed the spa in Bakuriani Inn which is just a few metres across from the apartment. Fast wifi and good heaters, free parking available in front of the door, too! The host was very friendly, answered our last-minute request quickly and even let us check in early :) What I think could be improved is adding basic equipment in the apartment, such as toilet paper, shower gel, salt, cooking oil, as well as trashbags and a sponge to wash dishes, as it‘s not really feasible to buy all of this for people staying only for a few nights.

Everything was great, the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable with an exquisite view. The place was not equipped with essentials like soap, tissues and bed sheets, I had to pay extra for what should already be included. Rather than that Natia was great and very responsive.

这次入住Anna的滑雪小木屋非常满意！房间配套非常齐全，厨房用具、暖气、Wi-Fi等一应俱全。小木屋的装饰也很温馨，给人一种家的感觉。最让我惊喜的是窗外的风景，早上醒来就能看到雪山和树林，简直像一幅画！ 唯一需要注意的是，小木屋的位置稍微高了一点，需要走一些楼梯才能到达，尤其是带着行李时可能会有点吃力。不过，考虑到这个价格和整体的入住体验，这点小困难完全可以接受。 总的来说，这是一次非常超值的入住体验，推荐给喜欢安静、自然风景的朋友！如果下次再来滑雪，一定会再次选择这里。

We reached out to Mari in an emergency situation when, upon arriving at Bakuriani, the initially booked hotel refused to check us in. Mari replied very promptly, and communication was highly efficient. The venue is extremely well located in the Crystal Resport building, just 200m from the cable car, and the 24-hour supermarket is just around the corner. The apartment was cozy and clean, with high-quality linen and most of the essentials for a short stay (except perhaps a microwave oven). One small suggestion for improvement would be to have the balcony window repaired, as it doesn’t operate well. All in all, I enjoyed the stay and highly recommend Mari as a host and her apartment for your good stay in Bakuriani!

Нам понравилось проживать у Teko, заселение было простым и удобным. В квартире полноценная кухня, хорошая кровать, нормальный интернет, и нам понравился дизайн, в ней ариятно находиться. Расположение для тех у кого нет машины тоже удачное, близко магазин и основная дорога..

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bakuriani, stop right here—this apartment is amazing! Super comfy sofas, two spotless bathrooms, and plenty of privacy for each bedroom. It’s literally the closest place to Kokhta’s ski lift. There’s also a great restaurant right downstairs with the best coffee in the city and a cozy fireplace in the living room. Plus, Tamara is super kind and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Het huis is heel fijn. Het ligt direct naast de piste, skilift en skiverhuur. Het huis is heel schoon en nieuw. In de keuken ligt alles wat je nodig hebt. En de omgeving is prachtig. Dit is zeker een aanrader.

The apartment is very nice and in a good area.

We had a wonderful stay at this little cozy place. Actually it is clean and spacious and warm which is exactly what we needed during winter. Also, you can walk into the hotel area and use the playground for kids. There are horses and snow mobile if you want to have extra fun. I'm very satisfied.

We had an amazing stay at Area Park. Petre is an awesome host, always available to answer any questions and very welcoming. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk to Amirani Park, Ski routes, pharmacies and the nearest market. There are also great cafes nearby and Joyland for kids to have lots of fun. Check-in and check-out were smooth and we had no issues at all. Overall a 10/10 experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Revaz’s Airbnb. The place was well-maintained and matched the description perfectly. Communication with the host was smooth, and he was responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a great place with a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!

A fantastic few days, very comfortable apartment, easy to access the slopes and ski lift at Crystal Resort. Supermarket opposite and Bar Aspen 2 min walk. Would definitely stay again

I think this apartment is the best choice for people who came for a short-time and for vacation.
 It quite close to the ski (Crystal and Didveli). Nearly easy to find cafes and shops. 
Also Glovo works here what is actually good. The building has good reception and spa service.
The host is kind and nice. 

But for me personally i have so things which I’d like to highlight.
The 1st one is terrible wifi. If you want to work - it’s absolutely imposible. 
We spent here 1 month and every day we have troubles with terrible Internet. We bought mobile internet once came to Bakuriani - and it was the only way to participate in the calls, or watch some movies.
 Also view from the windows - to the construction. During the night they use spotlights and they shine through the windows. For me it’s ok - but for some people maybe not.
 Apartment doesn’t have washer and washer services is really expensive. For 2 people it was more than 100Gel. What is twice more than in 4 stars hotel in Tbilis.
 Price for breakfast in hotel restaurant is super big as well. 40Gel for person for breakfast. In any restaurant you could have dinner for 2 persons for 40Gel.
 Just a quick note that the things I didn’t like mostly related with the building not an apartment. Anyway it’s a good place for vacation:)
