Excellent quiet and clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Free parking in two minutes (and few paid parking options near). Highly recommended!

The apartment was good and the location was great, near the beach and near the city centre. It was clean and all services that were mentioned were given. We really liked our stay in here.

This was a great value place to stay. It was in a very walkable area and within walking distance to the main landmarks of the city. The beds and stay were all comfortable. The photos looked like the apartment. Would highly recommend!

Апартамента е просторен, за чистота има какво да се желае, добре оборудван, като забележка и двете кафе машини имат нужда от смяна, не правят хубаво кафе, няма белачка, нямаше кухненска ролка оставена, нито комплимент кум гостите. Няма и асансьор, ако сте с големи куфари си е малко предизвикателство, стръмни и тесни стълби, не е шумно в района. Телевизора е една идея по- малък от колко ни се искаше, няма телевизори в спалните и за апартамент с капацитет 6 човека има 4 стола :) На терасата може да сложат някакво обзавеждане за да е по приятно и уютно на гостите. Има нова сушилня и пералня за мен беше много важно, коридора и целия хол е в плочки на мен ми беше студено а нямаше чехли. Иначе комуникацията беше много лесна и сравнително бърза, любезни домакини, помолих за по-ранно настаняване тъй като бях с две деца, за тях нямаше проблем за по- късно освобождаване също нямаше проблем и не съм заплащала нищо допълнително. Намира се точно на центъра на града на 5 минути от централния плаж.

Lovely apartment, the kind of place you would also be comfortable living in long-term. Spacious, well lit, 3 balconies make going out to catch some air very easy. The location does not have much to offer but, since we were there for a wedding in the neighbouring hotel, it was exactly what we were looking for. The little supermarket around the corner is a bit expensive (like the whole region) but has many options despite its size.

Остались очень довольны проживанием в этой прекрасной чистой светлой квартире. Шикарный вид из окна. Очень удачное расположение. Спасибо хозяевам за проявленную заботу и тёплый приём.

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

Everything was fine. very good location near beach, open swimming pool and a lot of restaurants on the port.

Amazing cozy apartment

Mihail was very friendly and reacted super fast on my questions. The apartment was as described and very convenient located between airport and downtown. Also foot distance to a large mall.

Het is een zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Er is van alles aanwezig. Appartement is op wandelafstand van stadscentrum en de kust. Wij kwamen in de winter dus er was niet echt veel te doen in Varna. Echter na het vertrek vroegen de hosts om onredelijke extra kosten. Ze beweerden dat we handdoeken zouden meegenomen hebben terwijl we zeker zijn dat dit niet zo was. Ook vroegen ze extra kosten voor schoonmaak (boven de alreeds hoge schoonmaak kosten). En dit terwijl de woonkamer bij aankomst erg stonk naar sigaretten. Desondanks waren de hosts altijd zeer bereikbaar, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben nog steeds genoten van ons verblijf in Varna! Het appartement is zeker een aanrader

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

This is a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's quiet, has free parking for the car, the beach is close and there is a small shop nearby where you can pay with the card in case you don't have local currency. We stayed for a week and would love to come back again in the future!

Apartament curat,dragut amenajat,dotat cu ceea ce este necesar pentru a avea un sejur fara griji. Gazda foarte comunicativa si receptiva - avand in vedere ca in 2 zile apa a fost oprita, ne-a propus ( iar noi am acceptat) sa ne mutam in alta locatie, fiind ajunul anului nou si nestiind cat poate dura remedierea problemei din intreaga zona. Cel de-al doilea apartament deasemenea curat si bine utilat. Pet friendly, un avantaj pentru noi care calatorim cu un mic poodle. Recomand, la o noua vizita in Varna vom reveni la tine. Maria was very friendly and flexible regarding the check-in/check-out time. The apartment matched the description and it was very cleaned and feeling like home. Definitely will go back and choose this stay to be our home again.
