Vera was a great host and helped us with everything we needed, would definitely stay here again if needed accomodation for a larger group.

Ivan's house is an amazing place in a quiet street in Shabla with gorgeous garden and at a great location. All the utilities were listed, the place was very clean and every room had a spare pair of sheets. Ivan was super responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is big and spacious, and had parking spots in the front. Super grateful for the welcoming stay and will visit again for sure

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι , με ιδιωτικότητα, ηρεμία , ωραίοι χώροι , η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και ιδιωτική. Το σπίτι μέσα είχε ότι χρειαζοσουν δεν χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε κάτι έξτρα . δεν βγήκαμε αρκετά βραδιά έξω γιατί αυτή η βεράντα είναι ότι καλύτερο!!! Η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική μας εξυπηρέτησε με το παραπάνω και δεν μας ενόχλησε κανένας κατά τη διαμονή μας . είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα , σε έναν πανέμορφο καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. 10/10

Stayed at Villa Tatalia with 4 friends and had a great time. The pool and the views are amazing and look even better than in the pictures. The house itself is huge, we could have easily brought more people. The place is a bit hard to find, so Boris offered to guide us there when we checked in. That also meant that you feel private on the property, which was nice. Id stay here again when in Bulgaria, and recommend it to everyone looking for a unique place to stay with a great view.

Incredible area, fresh air, great villa. It felt very private and secluded. The villa has everything you will need to cook a delicious dinner and enjoy it outside. Bear in mind that the weather is significantly different than the one you might experience at the beach / in the city (we loved the contrast). Might be a good idea to pack a hoodie. I'd definitely book again!

Апартаменты вполне соответствуют соотношению цена/качество. Получилось весьма бюджетно на две недели. Елена предложила организовать трансфер. Обошелся в 30 лев. Когда уезжали взяли такси до аэропорта, обошлось в 22 лева (такси Триумф). Думаю, это оптимальный вариант, т.к. при первой поездке к апартаментам велик риск долго плутать по местным улочкам в поисках верного адреса. Проход к морю немного отличался от моих ожиданий, которые сформировались у меня после поиска места на карте (ориентир La Mer Apartcomplex), т.к. на пути наикратчайшего расстояния находится забор и нужно идти немного в обход. С ребёнком шли минут 10, включая спуск по 160 ступенькам. У ближайшего пляжа есть и плюсы и минусы, он дикий, нет лежаков и спасателей, в воде много камней. Но зато мало народу, близко, чисто. Внутри всё необходимое есть: посуда, полотенца, постельное бельё, диван раскладывается (можно спать вдвоём), есть две отдельные односпальные кровати (на одной матрас был в центре сильно пролёжанный), плюс ещё для ребёнка дали детскую кроватку. Также есть стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, отличный Wi-Fi, бойлер. Не хватает разве что микроволновки для полного счастья. Ночью могут налететь комары, лучше использовать средства от комаров (хозяйка предоставила). Бассейном за домом не пользовались: вроде как не постоянным жильцам и нельзя и ротавирусом пугают. Всё время тихо, никакой шум спать не мешает. Удобная лоджия с видом на сад, уже во второй половине дня и даже раньше она находится в тени и можно там и читать, и есть и играть детям. В целом жильём довольны.

След престоя на това място ,вече при необходимост не бих търсила друг апартамент! Повече от доволна съм!

We liked our stay very much. quiet place well above street noise. All needed amenities are provided. Clean and cozy. I think mid sized car fits very tightly in the tunnel to the parking spot. I had to close outside mirrors of mine to make it go through. If you have to use your car a lot during your stay, bear that in mind.

Super séjour passé chez Svetoslav. L'appartement est très spacieux. En revanche, pas de place de stationnement contrairement à l'annonce. Tout le reste était très bien

Нам очень понравилась квартира. Внутри было все необходимое для проживания. Расположение квартиры очень удобное, все локации которые мы хотели посмотреть были рядом. Парковка очень удобное. Спасибо хозяевам за все. Всем рекомендую.

Престоят ни беше много уютен, почувствахме се като у дома си! Апартаментът не е луксозен, но е чудесно зареден и много добре оборудван. Кухнята разполага с всичко необходимо – от подправки до препарати за кухнята и пералнята. Това направи престоя ни изключително комфортен. Грижихме се за апартамента като за наш дом и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново! Благодарим за гостоприемството!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum gelungen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – es war wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar Shampoo, Spülung und andere kleine Extras standen zur Verfügung. Die große Küche war bestens ausgestattet, inklusive einer Auswahl an Gewürzen, was das Kochen sehr angenehm machte. Das Schlafzimmer war äußerst gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin, die stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war und uns das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können!

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.

Apartment was nice, clean and as advertised. Prime location, right next to the main street, a farmers market and with view of the cathedral. Ivaylo was a great host, very quick to respond to questions and requests. I would certainly love to stay there again.
