We had an amazing stay here! The one thing I recommend is bringing your own coffee grounds- other than that it was a great time and had what we needed!

What a lovely place - Exceeded our expectations- quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient; another plus, super close to downtown. We were there for 22days while our house was being renovated and felt right at home. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for your hospitality!

I've had the pleasure of staying here multiple times the past few years. The house is beautiful on the inside. The deck, lighting and yard make for a perfect place to relax. The only thing better is the Host. Kim is on point and absolutely amazing every time. Absolutely the best. Thank You.

The place was beautiful and comfortable, felt like home away from home. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, access to the washer dryer, the peaceful backyard and friendly neighbors. Very convenient to several scenic walkways and beach access points. Thank you Min and Glen for being such responsive and flexible hosts!! We will definitely come back!

My stay at the Frenchie House was fantastic! Perfect house in a perfect location!! Christian was an amazing host and was extremely flexible with my changing schedule and needed add ons. My stay at Oak Island Oasis was wonderful. The house was just as posted and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for walks along the ICW and to the Veterans Park. Everything you need for a great vacation was provided. The screened front porch and the back deck were both enjoyed. Backyard perfect for playing ball with my fur baby. Kolleen was wonderful to work with. She checked in when I arrived to make sure everything was good. I definitely hope to return next year for another fall getaway. OKI is my happy place!

Yolanda was very accommodating. Place was as described and seemed newly renovated. The price was a bit much for one night, but I'm assuming it goes down some if you get it for longer.

We needed a short-term rental while our home was being completed, and Brandi's home was the perfect fit. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The spacious yard was great for our pups, and the quiet neighborhood provided a lovely setting for walks. Brandi was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. If I were simply visiting the area, I would highly recommend this location, as it offers convenient access to a variety of attractions, from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

Great location, and a great time. Backyard with pool is perfect with plenty of room for activities and entertaining. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within minutes.

We are in the process of relocating to a new home in Southport and we needed a place to stay for a week. This place suited us very well. The location was convenient to everything we needed to do. It was very important that we be able to bring along our mini-goldendoodle and so nice to find a condo arrangement that welcomes dogs. The grounds worked out so well for walking him (even providing the poop bags!) I would definitely recommend your place again. thank you.

Brandon’s place was great!! The screened in porch, hot tub and heated saltwater pool were all exactly as stated. It had all the amenities we were looking for and made for a comfortable stay. He was very communicative and always helpful. It’s about an 8 minute drive to Carolina Beach but it felt close to everything.

Absolutely loved this day! It was the perfect place for my dogs and I to have a great weekend away and enjoy Oak Island. Super close to an awesome dog park and great restaurants downtown. Loved the space and the set up.

Carolina Beach is always a fantastic place to stay. Island time was quaint, well equipped and within walking distance to a public beach access. You can hear the waves from the ocean and take in the view of the canal across the street while enjoying the breeze on the small deck. Would recommend and will book again.

Loved our time at BB&T by the Sea! House is as beautiful as pictures, and hosts (spoke with both James and Hugh on separate occasions) were friendly and attentive. Setup with separate bungalow was ideal for my parents who stayed with us for the week, and we loved being able to walk to both the beach and to get ice cream (Beaches & Sweets is a little gem!). Overall, would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Oak Island!

Well, it’s our 3rd time staying at Marty and Connie’s place so it’s safe to say that we love it! So cozy and comfortable. Needless to say, the dogs love exploring the back yard. They literally can’t get enough of it! Thank you for always being amazing hosts. Look forward to returning again this year! 🐾🫶🏼

Really nice stay. Single room and bathroom in historic house. Short walk to Castle Street with great restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Also walkable to downtown and waterfront. Katherine a very responsive host, thought of everything. Communucated frequently and left a list of restaurant recommendations. Complimentary bottle of wine and a corkscrew. Clean, well-appointed room. Snacks. A fridge and microwave. On a main street but set back, some noise but mostly very quiet and private. Charming. Just very nice and near perfect for one person or a couple.

This was the cutest little home for just me and my husband. We spent the weekend at BHI and this location was so convenient. It was close to all the restaurants and little shops and just a golf cart ride away from the beach. It is small, but cozy. It was perfect for us!

Great space! Several renovations since our last visit! New refrigerator and dishwasher. It’s in a great location and has a fenced yard so our dogs can run around and let off steam. Has an outdoor shower which was convenient to wash off sand and give the dogs a bath after the beach. It’s also nearby several great restaurants and putt putt, most of which are walkable. The house is only 4 blocks from the beach and my husband and I walked daily with a little pull cart carrying our beach essentials. Would highly Recommend!

This place was 100% our home away from home for the week! My partner and I had a great trip with our beloved pup! It was walkable to closeby stores and restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach!
