Great stay!!! Beach access directly across the street. Very clean with newer remodeling. I definitely would recommend and return to this location. If anything to beware of, this is an ideal spot for 2; 4 could be crowded. Very appreciative of McKenzie's quick responses and the information provided. I had a great stay; thank you for sharing your beach location!

We loved our stay for spring break, it was easy to find. The view was amazing, we loved to watch the sunset. The host were so responsive & even checked in on us. We were mostly busy enjoying the sights. The night listening to the waves from the beach, by far the best. We have no complaints at all, book!! Just save a few dates for me lol, we'll definitely be back! Everything was a 10

Terra's condo was exactly what we wanted for a beautiful week in Gulf Shores. Everything was seamless which made our week even better. We highly recommend it!! We'll be back for sure!!

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first annual mother daughter vacation and the condo did NOT disappoint! The condo was so beautiful just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! Highly recommend this condo!

This space was perfect for our group. We walked everywhere from this location - to shopping, to at least 7 different restaurants, the beach, the gulfshores state park, and to music/bars at night. It was very quiet inside the condo considering how much was going on outside. Only a couple times did we hear people during the night but that is inevitable no matter where you stay if you are in town. The inside of the space was extremely comfortable and well decorated. Stairs. Fans on ceiling were nice and quiet when we used them. TVs worked great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/Dryer came in very handy. The beach chairs and wagon in storage were perfect - used them every day. Easy to walk across the road to beach access. We could walk to the pier via beach or road, and the free bike rentals at the gulf shores state park across from the pier for riding on paved and decked paths were one of our highlights. Went a couple times and saw gators, owls, turtles, birds, snakes, fish, etc.

We had the best time at this house during our spring break trip! Lori was such an amazing host and the house was beautiful. All of our expectations were met and exceeded! It was truly an incredible house with a short walk to private beach access.

This is a great place in a great location, we loved that the beach in this area is only frequented by those staying in the area. Awesome house, all amenities are great. You can stand on the deck and look one way and see Mobile Bay and look the other and see the Gulf of whatever-you-want-to-call-it-now. Here are some observations that may seem like criticism, but they are just observations and I think good-to-know items: You know how some Airbnbs will have a bunch of stuff to give you the lay of the land and local places and restaurants to hit? You won't find that here. No problem, it's an investment property and it is not somebody's baby or labor of love. Not a knock at all. The second thing is while the amenities were great, supplies were...well...in short supply. There was one dish detergent pack. No laundry soap. No tissues. < a roll of toilet paper. No paper towels. There were coffee filters and disposable cups. We didn't mind. Awesome place!

this place was amazing! conveniently located you’re close to everything and such a beautiful home! the host was awesome as well! 10/10 recommend we had a great time perfect for a guys weekend or family trip it can do it all!

Great stay. Perfect beds and pillows. Modern and fully stocked kitchen. Kid friendly. Fully stocked house with good vibe and energy. Wish we were staying longer but we will be back.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Linda’s Beach Cottage was perfect for our post Christmas getaway! The kitchen, dining area and living space were well appointed and comfortable. As well lots of comfortable outdoor seating options. The bedrooms and bathrooms all had been upgraded and the vibe was modern beachy😊 We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Was down there for spring break with a group of good friends. Had everything we needed in terms of space, cleanliness, and very accommodating. Was nice and easy to walk to the beach for beach days and when we got sick of the sun it was nice to go sit by the pool which had shade at least in part of it during the day. Whether it was a beach day or a hang at the house day we always had stuff to do.

Perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy a few days on the beach. Just right for a couple, nicely furnished and very clean. Exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation going on in other units was a little noisy during the day ( February 24-27, 2025) but otherwise it wasn’t too bad. Getting in was easy and the host always responded immediately. The general area is ideal-a few places to eat without getting back into traffic. Would recommend and will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

Great condo. Great location. Loved being able to see dolphins swimming in the ocean right off the deck. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful view, very close to the restaurant Sea and Suds (which we also love). Easy to rent beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Only thing that wasn’t cleaned was the sofa bed when we opened it to use it - it has a used cigarette lighter and chapstick. But that is not the hosts fault - more of a housekeeping issue. We called housekeeping and they brought us clean sheets and we remade the bed. Otherwise, no issues. Easy to find, short walk to beach. Didn’t use the pool - but it looked amazing.

Love staying at this condo. It’s clean, has easy access to the beach and to town, and is in a friendly community. John was very responsive to my questions and communicated well. 100% recommend staying here!
