I stayed here with my 3 year old son for a few days to visit family in the area. The place was very clean. Had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots pans and dishes and even had coffee, oil and basic spices. There was a huge tub of beach toys for my kiddo to use including floaties and sand toys. There were some toys in the house for young kids too and lots of games for kids and adults of all ages. I would totally stay here again!

The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

My husband and I are very happy that we found this place. Very clean and comfy and the views of the beach was my favorite. We loved every minute of our stay. We highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

This is a beautiful house. It was very comfortable and clean. The walk to the beach is very short and there is a great view of the ocean from the decks. There are a lot of movies and games to choose from when in the house with the family! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. We had four adults and my dog who stayed the week of fall break. Perfect weather but the recent hurricane brought up biting flies which I had never encountered here and are tenacious! You can’t control Mother Nature so it made the huge porch that much more of an asset. I loved that it had a gate for our dog and you could move around the house to hide from the sun as it shifted throughout the day. Great spot to get away from the large groups that have become the norm at the gulf. Not listed in the amenities but they have a grill.

Second time staying here, one of our favorite places. We will definitely be back.

An older bay house with a lot of nostalgia. Beautifully decorated from the heart. Very clean, well maintained. A very relaxing and beautiful place. 😊

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

Plenty of space for our big group and great location! They also provide a lot of beach chairs, toys, etc, which is very nice!

Irwin was great and the house was awesome too! More importantly, my dogs LOVED it. He provides everything you can possibly need, and more. Came out to chat and is super nice. It's also a great deal! I highly recommend Irwin and his place, especially if you have fur babies.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

I had a wonderful experience at this delightful place! The check-in process was a breeze. The accommodations were well-stocked and had everything I needed. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The shuttle to the beach/pool was quick and convenient. I loved the golf cart; it added a fun touch to getting around!

Clare’s place was great for our family of 4. We felt like the price was right for spring break pricing for the location, which was a block off the main strip and a short walk to the beach. It was clean upon arrival, and she was willing to let us check in a few hours early since there was not a guest staying immediately prior our arrival. She was a great communicator and her response time was minimal. The AC did not kick on so we reached out. Within about 30 minutes Dave showed up to trouble shoot, and within about 45 minutes of him being there, an HVAC pro was on site. After a quick repair, the place cooled off and no more issues. We were grateful for such quick action!

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We rented for our large family, it was a great fit and room for everyone. My kids and grandkids can't wait to come back and asked if we could stay at this house again. walk to the beach was short even with toddlers. Loved that there was beach chairs, umbrella, floaties and tons of sand toys for the kiddos!

The condo is comfortable and very family-friendly and literally steps from the clean, fine, white sand. It is well equipped with everything we could need. There were even bonus beach toys and chairs in the closet. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Jeff was very quick to respond to our questions and needs. He was friendly and easy to talk to and everything you would hope for with a host.

This bnb was exactly as described! Steps from the beach and so incredibly peaceful that it exceeded my expectations, even during a busy spring break season. Felt right at home!

The house is very close to the beach and the use of the pool was wonderful, the only suggestion I would make is to put some window treatments downstairs on the windows so people can’t see in at night! Thank you for a fun beautiful stay!

This was our fourth trip to Fort Morgan. We had passed the Rookery before so we were familiar with the location. Proximity to the pool was great. There is public beach parking nearby. There were plenty of beach essentials in the outdoor storage shed. Huge kitchen table allowed for meals and evening card games. We had 6 adults and had plenty of space thanks to two full bathrooms and 3 comfortable beds. TV was nice in between beach and pool sessions. Definitely an excellent value. Fort Morgan is away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores but close enough if you want to go to Lulu’s, Lambert’s, or a Dolphin Cruise.

This place is in a great location and you can’t beat the price. The host is incredibly friendly and super responsive to questions leading up to our arrival. The condo has plenty of room. Overall very pleased and would absolutely rent from Rose again!
