The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s listing. The house was beautiful and was located inside of a gated neighborhood / horse farm. I brought my boat with me and had plenty of room for parking 2 trucks and my boat trailer. I kept my boat tied to the dock for the week without any issues. We got lucky and enjoyed a snow day while we were there and saw lots of deer in the neighborhood. We plan on booking again in the future!

We could not have asked for a better house to stay at while visiting Milledgeville! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, warm, and has elements for everyone. Whether you want to go on a little walk around the lake on the property, play games in the basement, watch a movie in the family room, or enjoy the sunset on the porch, this house had it all! What we really loved was that the house provided the feeling of seclusion while being so close to town. It was such an easy drive to get to all the activities happening in downtown Milledgeville while also allowing us to feel like we could disconnect and recharge. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in and check-out easily. If anyone is looking for the perfect house to visit Milledgeville, this is the one. Next time we come to Milledgeville we will definitely stay here again! 

Wet well decorated and comfortable home..house had all the amenities..beds very comfortable..totally exceeded expectations..no doubt a responsive and superhost!

This place is amazing! The views on Lake Sinclair go on for miles, and it is so peaceful, even on the weekends. There are so many choices on where to view the lake: upper dock, lower dock, hammocks, Adirondack chairs, fire pit. And that’s just the outside! The inside has windows that mesmerize you with the views. The furnishings were very comfy and we had everything we needed. The only issue is that the home is at least 25 minutes away from anything - gas, groceries, restaurants - but Kimberly clearly lets you know about it so it wasn’t a surprise. I would definitely come back here!

The place was absolutely magical! Very quiet neighborhood and we loved that is was the lake! Everything was super clean and nicely decorated it. We loved our stay!

Tom’s place was quiet and peaceful, which is what we needed. The location is exactly how he described it and he even left a guide of things to do in Milledgeville. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Milledgeville. Thank you Tom!

Loved our weekend with family, just enjoying our time on the lake in a beautiful home with a lovely view!

This was unfortunately not a vacation visit, so we did not get to enjoy the amenities of the lake and dock. Our visit was convenient to the assisted living facility where my mother, and previously my father, reside. We were settling his affairs and meeting with family. When we returned tired in the evenings, we could relax in the recliner and awesome firm couch and watch a little tv; bedtime was just as comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. We were very comfortable and hopefully can return at a more opportune time to enjoy the lake. The goody basket was right on time too. The only suggestion I could make would be putting a tv in the master bedroom. Thank you for a seamless visit.

This was our second stay at this beautiful location! It is just gorgeous with great view of the lake and only short drive into town. Amazing hot tub and love having coffee on the deck overlooking the water! House is always clean and so spacious. Love that Shirley gives the option of renting part of the house! That works great for us! Will be back!! Shirley is a great host and always quick to respond to any questions!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay the owner of the home was very responsive throughout our stay and was able to answer all our questions we were able to fish off the property as well as having a hot tub in a private area I also had my one year old son they had a pack n play and a high chair and I didn’t have to pack mine I recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for peace !!!!

It was a nice relaxing stay, The toilet downstairs was not working but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time We will be back!

This house was setup very nicely and in a great location. We enjoyed all the space in the common areas, kitchen, and entertainment room upstairs.

Our family was very impressed with the beauty of this historic house! Even through the quirks that this old home brings the restoration was done well. We enjoyed the top of the line kitchen appliances. The property was fun to be in on a nice day, it was a relaxed environment. Our family is large so finding a place for all of us to get together can be difficult, we found enough rooms and a large banquet table here which was refreshing. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decor we found, a beautiful place to spend time with family. Thank you.
