Great stay overall. Good location conveniently right beside Qingguang Market, so there were many places to eat. It is about 7-9 mins walk to the nearest 2 Metro Stations. The host is very responsive to queries. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this flat on the 10th floor for 1.5 month. Great location, convenient with MRT not too far away and youbike just in front of the building. The apartment is minimalist and practical, which I like. Lots of hidden storage everywhere (under the windows, stairs, sofa, etc). The wifi let me work from the unit without too many problems. Even though I don't speak good Chinese at all, check-in and check-out were great, the host took time to explain everything. The apartment was not spotless clean when I arrived (but okay), and some people might not like sleeping up the stairs in a mezzanine. But overall I would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay here again.

일단 아파트 단지내 보안이 철저해서 좋았어요. 입주민 카드키 없이는 엘리베이터도 못타서 다른 에어비앤비 이용할때보다 훨씬 맘 편하게 다닐 수 있었구요. 집앞에 걸어서 5분 거리에 까르푸가 있어서 좋았고 단수이역까지 셔틀도 있어서 굳이 버스나 택시 타지 않아도 됐어요. 워런마터우까지는 택시타도 10분 밖에 안걸려서 택시비도 별로 안나왔구요. 호스트 분하고 라인으로 연락했는데 피드백이 매우 빨랐어요. 친절하셨고 체크인이나 체크아웃 시간도 여유있었구요 . 방은 3개에 화장실 2개 있는데 모두 넓고 깨끗했어요. 사실 단수이 지역이 호텔도 별로 없고 위치도 애매해서 숙소잡기가 힘든데 여기는 왠만한 호텔보다 좋고 넓어서 많은 사람이 같이 이용하기에는 매우 괜찮은 숙소 같아요 .

Such a homey apartment with all the amenities you need (as listed). Wonderfully well-maintained, even has multiple towels and rags to use. Surprised the bathroom has an in-built vent that has a clothes drying function so I could just air dry my clothes there. There was also a common dryer outside but didn't need to use that. Every week she would also put out water bottles and snacks free for all to grab. Beautiful and cozy apartment. Loved that it was so close to 2 convenient stores, many eateries and the metro station. Very responsive and friendly host too!

Grace was an excellent host. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone wanting to stay in Taipei.

外観はかなり古いですが、部屋は丁寧に清掃されていて、想像以上にとても清潔でした。 施設情報や写真にはなかった電子レンジ、電気ケトル、バスタオルまでありましたし、洗濯機は乾燥機能付きです。これが本当に便利でした。 あと一応ヘアドライヤーもありましたがこれはかなり汚れていて使うのに抵抗があったので、持参したものを使用しました。 チェックイン時、日本では見たことのないタイプの鍵だったので開け方がわからず戸惑いましたが、たまたま通りかかった住民の方に助けていただいてなんとか入室できました。 一度ガチャっと音が鳴ってもそれで終わりではなく、回らなくなるところまで3回くらい回す必要があるようです。 部屋から外に出るときも開かなくなって焦りましたが左右どちらかに回しきると開くはずなのでこれを読んだ方は参考にしてください！

環境非常乾淨且舒適，地理位置也非常方便 雖然當日入住時遇到樓上比較吵的住客，但房東非常積極在處理，即使當下是凌晨一點多，也是很積極的在維護秩序讓我們有好的住宿體驗

Staying here really exceeded our expectations. Compared to other Airbnbs we had considered in the area, this stay seemed the most spacious and comfortable; and this was very much the case when arriving. The 2 bed bedroom is actually on an upper floor, creating a nice sense of privacy for anyone wanting two separate sleeping areas. The hosts were very understanding with our needs and requests and were quick to respond. The surrounding area is also great. Nestled in a quieter road/alley, the place lets you feel a little more local - but is well located and close to MRT stations and great food spots. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Highly recommended. The unit looks quite normal as most places would, until you start to observe the nitty gritty details and appreciate it's real value. the place isn't big but that's what makes it cozy. on a cold night, it gets warm pretty fast. Shower door is tight shut and that makes your life easier as you don't have to mop any leakages after. Shower was powerful with hot water anytime. There is a room heater and the aircons in the room also has heating features which help. The mini supermarket is a minute walk away. Washing machine is a helpful. The stroller availability was extremely useful. It's strong and sturdy yet quite light. Beds were comfortable, blankets and pillows were very clean. The location is the best part. A 5-7 min walk to the stations that connect 3 different lines which can get you to most places in Taipei. The unit is very private, secure, yet easily findable on Uber when required. We just contacted Angel twice in a week since everything was just perfect.

Place is absolute walking distance to taipei main station red line & blue line. Near to key establishments as well. 5 rooms in total so we felt at home immediately. If you’re a group of 5+ this is for you 🙏

We had a wonderful stay here with our two children (3yo + 3mo). The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs, making us feel well cared for throughout our time. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Host provided more comforters when it got chilly and a flexible storage of our luggages after check-out which we truly appreciate going out of the way to help us. Located in a quiet estate near Ximen, it offered a peaceful retreat. The occasional sounds of cats and raindrops added to the local charm, as we were staying on the top floor.

Booked at last minute and had a great stay. Excellent location near night market and only few minutes walk to subway. Not a big place but dual level with the rooms upstairs. Kinda steep ladder and bathroom downstairs, so the elderly should consider sleep in ground level, and the IKEA pull out sofa bed is actually very comfortable (better than the ones upstairs which were too soft). The host was very informative and kind who provided our minor requests right away on day 1, then everything else works perfectly, includes the AC in every room. The host also granted us a late check out until 4pm due to our midnight flight, much appreciated ! It's a very well maintained unit, no complaint! Will be back! And thanks for having us!

The Airbnb can be found pretty easily and there are quite a number of popular cafes/eateries to visit in the neighbourhood. Nearest station is Taipei Main Station which makes travelling easier if you’re heading towards Taoyuan Airport and vice versa. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay in with all the amenities provided. Thank you!

Great short term accommodation for 3 people or more, in a great location with lots of amenities. Will come back again!
