Amazing place to stay with friends and family. The place is not only as beautiful as in the picture, it is also very spacious, comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to relax. Utensil, fridge, induction cooker, pot, kettle, water filter machine with hot/cold water, you name it. Cleanliness is very important factor to me, and this place get a 5/5 stars from me, its clean and odorless! I will definitely come back again.

The house is spacious and beautiful, just like the photos. Area is slightly off Georgetown but it is easy to get a grab to travel to the area. Bedding and towel felt like hotel quality - not a given for most Airbnb! Only thing you have to be aware of if you are a light sleeper is that 2 of the rooms have daylight ceiling concept, so you can’t really have a blackout room during day time if that is what you need. Host is responsive and friendly! Overall a great place if you have a large group who wants to hang out and stay together during your trip to Penang.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this homestay. The room was cosy and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm experience.

It was a great place to stay. The whole house was clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. The sea was walking distance and we all love to watch the beautiful sun set. The pool was big and clean. Everything is inside and we felt secured with the security measures taken by the host upon entering and exiting. The house has everything. It was easy for us to cook. Just walk to the jetty nearby and fresh fish and prawns are available. I love the kiblat directions and prayer mats readily available in every room. Cafes and food were also nearby. We really love this place. Hope we can come here again next time.

Danice非常热心.耐心，一行9人为了更好体验，一直在询问各种（周边餐食，路程等）都能给很好建议。 入住的地方是个新的民宿公寓，第一天入住有些小插曲，及时联系都给解决了。大家按照D给的线路寻找很方便，走到海滩15分钟左右，体验感不错。过年期间还有烟火和滑铁秀等，海边感觉很好，慢慢享受人间烟火的安静。

We were impressed of the cleanliness, beauty, tidiness of the place. The place was huge and nicely accommodated all of us (11 pax). The unit is seaview and the public beach is just nearby, within walking distance. Fairly equipped with some entertainment such as mini pool table, Netflix etc. You won't feel bored. There were also many seaside restaurants nearby, so no issues of finding food. The host was nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will return. Recommended!

Had a fantastic two-day stay! The place was clean, cozy, and peaceful, with super friendly hosts and amazing food. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay, Good host

The house was located in a private and small street, off the crowded main road. Check in was simple and there was space for 2 cars. The house was nicely renovated and everything still looked new. The 3 rooms could easily accommodate 8 people and there was ample dining and living space. All electrical items worked well and the TV, WiFi was good. Air-conditioning and hot water were in good condition. The 2 showers were Japanese size but no real complaints there. Having a washing machine saved us a lot of effort. The only complain we had was the loud karaoke singing from a few houses away that went on until midnight. All in it was a really good stay, maybe one of the best Airbnb deals I have experienced.

I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!
