We had a lovely stay in such a peaceful location! Check in and check out was a breeze. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Heaps of amenities to use - we loved that there was a full kitchen! The location is close enough to a couple of small towns to easily make your way around, while also being secluded and quiet. The hosts were fantastic too. Easy to understand instructions along with fantastic recommendations on places to go and things to try. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved being nestled in the bush and having the feeling of being all alonewith nature. There is plenty to see and do in the area. The house was very quiet and the bush so pretty to look out on. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

We had the most beautiful stay at Ruse Estate Syrah for a special birthday weekend. I surprised my partner, Katie, with a trip down south for her 40th, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, Karen made us feel so welcome. The chalet was spotless, stylish, and incredibly peaceful. We were greeted with fresh sourdough bread and eggs from their own chickens, such a thoughtful touch! Midway through our stay, Karen even topped up our eggs and gifted us the most delicious homemade fig paste. It’s the little things like this that made our time extra special. The space itself was exactly what we were hoping for, a tranquil, modern escape surrounded by nature. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful. Thank you so much, Karen. We’ll absolutely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, both for the excellent surroundings of the cottage but also itsloxat3 being central to the whole region. The cottage is a good size for a family and has everything you need. We will definitely be checking to see if it available the next time we are visiting the area

We had a wonderful experience at Jen’s Studio. It’s nestled in a beautifully tranquil woodland, making it the perfect peaceful getaway. The house was spotless and felt very homely, with a super comfortable bed and every amenity we could ask for. The walking trails around the property were teeming with wildlife, adding to the charm of the stay. Jen was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended!

There is something magical about Margaret River. This chalet is a gem for a nice and relaxing break

Jewel chalet was exactly as described and reviewed by others; a comfortable, cosy rammed-earth chalet surrounded by trees and a native garden. The chalet is comfortably furnished, the king bed was firm and comfortable, the water is rainwater which is lovely, the shower was hot with good pressure, the cupboards are well stocked with cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. The highlight of the stay was definitely the number of different birds that visited the birdbath and surrounds. I counted 15 different species. Our favourite late afternoon activity was to sit watching the comings and goings in and around the birdbath. Yes the chalet is a bit of a drive to the nearest town but that was the appeal for us and the Boranup Cafe, a 5 minute walk from the chalet, was just delightful serving great coffee and cakes as well as breakfast and lunch with everything homemade. Thank you Ines for allowing us to spend some back to nature time in such a beautiful, peaceful place in the forest.

One of the best places I have stayed at - and I have been to many! So clean, like new. All furnishings are good quality and very comfortable. Great outdoor area, with multiple seating options for being outside. Also, the dartboard, and games were an added bonus. Lots of added extras that have been thought through, so you have everything you need and more in the kitchen and bathroom. Nice bottle of wine and crackers as a welcome gift on arrival. Kayleen and Cricket are very friendly and welcoming people and once they have said hello, they leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. It is lovely that they have 'pet' cows and it is clear they treat their animals very well. If you are interested in birds, then we saw lots of different ones such as elegant parrots and yellow rumped thornbills. The night sky view is so clear with the Milky Way visible overhead. Only 15 min drive to Margaret River. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Cascade cottage was awesome as always! Love staying here, it’s so peaceful and feels like a nice escape :)
