Very beautiful location, it’s a bit far from more touristy areas like Catania and Taormina but can easily get there with a car ride. But the house location is really nice and peaceful. The hosts are really responsive and helpful! Check-in process was seamless and smooth. Thank you for the stay and Sicily is absolutely beautiful!

Alessandra’s place was incredible. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed traveling around Italy. Town of Conca dei Marini and the little beach there were our favorites. Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, great central location - close to Amalfi, Agerola, Positano and Ravello. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises every day. Property manager, Anna Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Highly recommend!

We had 6 of us staying at this villa. It was exactly as pictured. We loved the location, it was perfect for our group. It is about 1/2 hour from the airport. We did rent a car, which I think is absolutely needed in this area. The roads are very interesting getting to the house from the highway. And we loved it. Lavrio is about a 15 minute drive and we went there almost daily. There is a grocery store on the way to the house from the airport, that Mario suggested to us. We drove to the airport and parked there for the day on two occasions and took the metro in to Athens. It worked out wonderfully and was so easy to figure out where to get off and on. I would highly recommend Mario and this house. It was peaceful, secluded(ish), plenty of room and you cannot beat the views. Mario met us at the house, he asked midweek how things were and provided some information on things around the area. There are some lovely sandy beaches nearby. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Old Town was an absolute dream. Nestled amidst the charming cobblestone streets and historic architecture, this home perfectly captured the magic of the area while providing all the modern comforts we needed. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from iconic landmarks, quaint cafes, and bustling markets. The home itself was beautifully preserved, with touches of its original character shining through in the exposed beams, vintage windows, and tasteful decor.

Apart from the stairs to trek the suitcases down. The accomodation was beautiful and clean and well presented. Absolute beautiful view from the balcony of Positano. Shared pool is of a great size and lots of beds for sun (although sun drops behind the hill in the afternoon) and also you’ll need to have a swim cap (which is provided). A couple of restaurants are within a 10 min walk otherwise a decent trek to the town. Down is 25 mins and relatively painless. Up is something needing a lot of commitment and not little kids! Overall we had an awesome stay and really enjoyed our time. A beautiful town. Just a little pricey all round.

This place is wonderful. It is a collection of a few traditional villas which have been beautifully renovated and decorated. Konstantinos offered us a slightly larger villa (Diktamos) which was decorated in the same style and furniture. The villa has everything you need, lovely welcome items, comfortable bed, amazing shower. There is a little mini market on site too open 24/7 for drinks or anything else you might need. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and you can see all the way to the sea. Small quiet village with a GREAT taverna, and lots of other places to eat in nearby villages (by car). It is a very windy road up the hill to reach the village but definitely worth it!!!! Remote and peaceful yet close enough to the coast and city that we could enjoy the Chania region. I definitely recommend.

What a wonderful week! George and Sofia were extremely kind and attentive hosts, giving us all the help and information we needed. As we arrived late, Sofia offered us some delicious stuffed peppers and had left us a bottle of wine plus stuff for our first breakfast, which we really appreciated. It’s in a great location with lovely views from the private terrace across the garden and olive groves to the sea. Although less than a mile to the airport, it was very quiet (only a handful of flights a day). There’s a small mini market up the road, and LIDL and Kritikos supermarkets are about 10 minutes’ drive away. Just 10-15 minutes’ drive to the capital Argostoli, it’s a great base to explore the island by car. There was tea, coffee and essentials like olive oil, salt and pepper and all the appliances you need to cook – we loved breakfasts on the balcony and dinner on the terrace as the sun set. If we return to Kefalonia, we would definitely stay here again. Many thanks, George and Sofia!

Die Unterkunft war super und unser Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend bei allen Problemen/Fragen. Die Unterkunft bräuchte ein paar kleinere Ausbesserungen, um wieder voll den Fotos zu entsprechen. Das nimmt ihr aber nicht den Charme. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Tochter hat die Nähe zum Strand geliebt und die Ziegen direkt nebenan.

We had the best experience! Dino communicated proactively and greeted us for checking in and helped us with the luggages up the stairs. The room was spacious, separated well, and in great condition. The washer and dryer was also clean as well as the room, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. It was much better than most hotels and the towels did not have dusts! Hairdryer was also in good shape. The view from all the windows were just beautiful! It was located across from the old town, which gave us a great view. And it was like 5 min walk (or less) to the old town. Dino also recommended great restaurants and cafes and places to visit. We loved it and would like to visit again. I want to add more stars ⭐️

Un bell’appartamento situato a pochi metri dalla Spiaggia della Purità di Gallipoli e all’interno del centro storico di Gallipoli. Appartamento fornito di tutto e la cosa che abbiamo preferito è ovviamente la grande terrazza sul tetto. Host simpatico disponibile e premuroso. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Marco!

Lovely top floor unit with a huge balcony and spacious balcony that has views to the North and East. The bed is soft and A/C unit is quiet at night should you need it, but we were surprised how cool the apartment kept despite being 4 floors up. The living room is spacious with a lovely view of the sea and a decent kitchen set-up. The bathroom might not be for everyone as the shower is small and not completely enclosed, but it was not problem for us. Giorgios kindly left us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine and he allowed us to check-in early, which was a big help for our schedule.

Excellent spot with incredible panoramic view of the city of Athens. The house itself was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Georgia was also very helpful making sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Would definitely visit again!

The view is absolutely beautiful and worth the stairs! We loved waking up to it and the balcony was lovely for a cup of coffee or a night cap. The apartment was well equipped, quiet, sunny but had blinds and curtains if needed. We really liked the location - close to a nice promenade, a hike and a beach. The host was very nice as well and made sure we had what we needed.

Oltre a ciò che si vede nelle foto, vale la pena sottolineare che l’appartamento si trova in prossimità di via Chiaia, una delle strade più eleganti di Napoli, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, pur essendo vicinissima a Piazza del Plebiscito. L’alloggio è spazioso, elegante e accogliente, con tutte le comodità di casa. Le stanze, arredate con gusto, ricordano l’interno di una barca, creando un’atmosfera unica. Alessandra è stata sempre disponibile e attenta, risolvendo con gentilezza ogni piccolo dubbio. La vera sorpresa, però, è la terrazza: la vista è indescrivibile, molto più suggestiva di quanto le foto possano trasmettere. Per noi è stata un’esperienza splendida, consigliamo questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere Napoli senza compromessi.

We had a very lovely stay at the Apartment. Everything was spectacular: the information provided (including the booklet with instructions and suggestions for sights to see and restaurants to visit), the location, the comfortable and clean bedding, as well as the amenities (coffee, salt and pepper, tea, washing detergent and washing machine, body care products, the first-aid kit and hair dryer, and access to Netflix and Wi-fi).

Schon im Vorfeld hat Agostino auf Rückfragen in Rekordzeit geantwortet und auch eine kleine Terminänderung war kein Problem. Vor Ort haben sich Rita und Pino unserer angenommen. Den frischen Salat aus dem Garten werden wir in bester Erinnerung behalten. Das Apartment selbst ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, auch die herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse, auf der wir die Morgensonne genießen konnten. Im November nicht unwichtig, wenn die Nächte auch auf Sizilien schon etwas kühler werden: Die Wohnung war gut geheizt. Und als Pino mir zeigte, dass die Heizung mit geschroteten Olivenkernen und Mandelschalen betrieben wird, war ich begeistert von dieser CO2-neutralen Heizung. Kurzum: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Settefrati.

We had such a great time at Mario’s place! The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with great art- and design pieces, very clean and in such a great location. Mario is a true superhost as he made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely visit this place again. 🙏

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Manolis und Maria sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Der Empfang war sehr persönlich und es waren sogar Lebensmittel für das Frühstück vorhanden. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung liegt ein toller, kleiner Badestrand ohne Steine, der seicht ins Wasser führt. Außerdem gibt es mehrere gute Tavernen vor der Tür. Der Weg in den Ort hinein führt wunderschön direkt am Wasser entlang. Agios Nikolaos hat viel zu bieten und wir haben sehr schöne Ecken entdeckt. Unser Ausflugsfavorit, nur etwa 10 Kilometer entfernt, war das Bergdorf Kritsa. Mit dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten und makellos sauberen Unterkunft trifft man auf jeden Fall eine sehr gute Wahl und kann sich ab dem Moment der Buchung auf den Urlaub freuen!

María is a great host. Very kind and accommodating. She was very helpful upon check in and at check out. Her place is clean, quiet and has everything you need. The view of Acropolis from her place is amazing. Would highly recommend Maria’s place.

We loved SM di Leuca and we loved the apartment. Beautifully located above the port of the town. Great garage for the car. Great apartment for four people with great bathrooms. Rooftop deck is a great plus with a nice dining table and views of the seas below. We would come back to this town and Marta & Marco’s place. Marta was very responsive which was greatly appreciated when we had questions. Only flaw for us was that the hot tub water wasn’t not and thus we couldn’t use it. Please get if fixed. Thank you for hosting.

The walk through the lemon and orange grove was a pleasant stroll down to a great view of the sea. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. Rosa met us when we arrived at the villa and provided info about the property and the local area. She also checked us out at departure and called a taxi for us. The walk to town was a 15-20 minute walk for a better selection of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
